he declared that the minister of health, Marcelo Queiroga, signed a document releasing the use of masks by individuals who have already been vaccinated or contaminated previously, which is opposed to essentially everybody!
for you to have an idea, here in Brazil the number of vaccinated with the second dose does not reach to 15% and the first does not reach 30%.
that’s the top, he yet has followers here, who accept these measures are correct, sadly, my parents are defenders and my father already had a covid. I felt very sad for them; I see.
