*SARAH'S P.O.V*
I pulled the covers of the bed over my head when someone ran into the room and jumped on my stomach. I hope they wish they didn't.
"Thought you would never see me again huh?" it was Declan.
"Declan get off my tummy please! You're hurting me!" I yelled. But he didn't listen. Instead he straddled me and pinned my hands above my head. He had his hands over my bandages.
"Declan let go of my arms and get off my tummy please!" it was getting hard to breathe and I was fighting back the tears of pain.
"Not until you tell me why you meant when you that was this was goodbye on your message"
"Well if you go off me maybe I would!"
"No! You have to tell me now!"
"DECLAN GET OFF MY FUCKING TUMMY AND ARMS NOW PLEASE!" right then Declan was pulled off me and out of the room and Jai was by my side.
"Babe you okay?" he asked
"No. I'm. not." I said in between deep breaths
"How are you Sarah? Is everything okay? Let's check your cuts now can you sit up?" Dr Tris asked.
"No. I. can't." I said in-between breaths again. I said clutching my stomach.
"Come on Sarah breathe" a nurse said
"What do you think I'm doing?" I yelled.
"Sorry" she said
"Come on babe, I'll help you up" Jai said. I slowly nodded my head.
Jai put his hand on my lower back and slowly pushed. Someone quickly lifted my t-shirt up and un-did my bandage and I closed my eyes straight away not wanting to see the finish of what Declan did.
"Quick! Get some water." Someone yelled.
"Now Sarah, we are thinking it will be best if we wash your wounds so they don't get infected." I nodded my head without opening my eyes. I'm scared that if I do, I will cry.
"Okay you can lay her back down now Jai" and with that I was lying flat on the bed feeling slightly better.
"Sarah?" Jai asked. I opened one eye and looked at him.
"Take these, they will help" I took the pain killers not even bothering with water. Moments later, there was warm soapy water, rushing over my cuts and going in them. At first it stung like hell, but it's getting better.
"How's that Sarah?" the nurse asked.
"Better" I mumbled. It still hurt but it was better. They did my arms as well, dried my arms and stomach and put cream on them then bandaged them all back up.
"Thanks" I said opening my eyes and giving the doctor and nurse a small smile.
"Try and get some sleep now okay?" the nurse said. I nodded my head and then placed it on the pillow under me. I looked to my left and saw Jai staring at me.
"Okay that one was not my fault" I said placing my hand on his.
"How can you stay so strong? I can barely hold myself together just watching you suffer" he said. I whipped the tear that rolled down his cheek.
"I guess once you've been broken so many times, you kind of expect it" I said looking into Jai's eyes. He leaned in and kisses me. I gave a small smile and patted the spot on the other side of the bed. After all they gave me a double bed so I’m going to make use of it.
Jai walked around the bed to the other side and hoped under the blankets with me. We closed our eyes when another person came in. I opened one eye to look. It was Declan. I just looked at him. He had sorry written all over his face.
