After another hour or so, Fumika was finally excused from the meeting as it was already past lunch time. Aizawa trusted that Fumika already knew the way back due to his presence being needed inside the room.

The girl nodded and slightly bowed her head towards the adults and murmured a simple farewell. She then turned around and walked towards the slightly opened door, leaving.

As she closed the door behind her, she turned her head to the right, to the left and back in front. She wanted to make sure that there was nobody else in that corridor besides her.

With a deep sigh, she rested her head against the door before closing her eyes. Putting up a facade is getting really tiring for her and she might break down any minute. There has been a lot going on to the young girl and takes up a lot of her strength to even stand straight and act like everything was alright.

She decided to take a detour and walk around the school. Today was not a school day so the building is most probably empty, besides the staff.

Fumika wanted to clear her mind before returning to the dorms. Facing the others is mentally and emotionally draining for her but she tries her best. She wanted to at least make an effort to fit in. After all, Fumika has set a goal that she must achieve and that's why she is even in U.A. in the first place.

To be strong.

To be able to protect those dear to her heart.

She decided not to go back immediately and have her lunch somewhere else. Fortunately for her rumbling tummy, her nose picked up a delicious scent that was coming from the inner part of the building. Trusting her instincts, she followed the smell and it lead her to the school cafeteria.

Fumika heard voices coming from inside so instead of walking right in, she instinctively hid behind a wall. Peeking her head in, she took a look at who the people might be.

There she saw three.. students? They look too young to be called staff so she assumed they were students, albeit older ones. The one in the middle has a muscular build and blonde hair, on his right sat another boy with messy, indigo hair and sitting in front of the two was a girl with periwinkle hair and pretty royal blue eyes. There is also a very noticeable smile that was present on her face as she talked with the boys.

Fumika didn't notice that she was staring until the pretty senior turned her blue eyes towards her and looked at the hiding girl with pure confusion on her face. Having her cover blown, Fumika decided to make a run for it.

Back at the dorms, everyone was piled up in the living room. It was their usual game night. It was Bakugo's turn on the console which explains the angry and grumpy shouts directed towards the television screen.

"I have to get used to this.", Fumika said to herself as she rubbed her ears as the loud voices welcome her. She managed to get herself a sandwich from a nearby store outside the school that served as her lunch. Though it is considered quite small in portion for a lunch, it was enough for the petite girl. She was used to getting the smallest portion of food back in the orphanage after all.

"Hey! Fumika, you're back!", Kirishima greeted the girl as he saw her walk in. He had his arms open for a friendly embrace in which Fumika shyly accepted.

"The teachers kept you away for so long-kero.", Asui uttered as Fumika sat down beside her.

"There was a lot to talk about."

"Talk about what?", Hagakure curiously asked.

Fumika didn't know what to say. Was she allowed to share this to the others?

"Don't ask her if she's uncomfortable.", Tokoyami commented from the back.

Mina then turned to the girl and apologized. Fumika responded by saying that it was alright and there was no harm done. The girl thought that about telling them because she thought that it would be fair considering the fact that she is to live with them from now on.

But, she didn't want to bring them in her messy world so she decided against it.

Fumika just shook her head and told them that it was nothing to worry about. She wouldn't want her friends to be in danger by getting them involved.

She decided to change the topic and picked up the game console that was left alone on the floor that caught her attention when she walked in. Fumika had never played one before so she was curious on how it worked.

When couples come to the orpahanage, some of them bring their own kids. Fumika had always seen those kids with various gadgets that she could only ever dream of even touching. Being children in an orphanage with a tight-budget, having such things can only exist in their dreams.

Sero volunteered to teach her in which Mineta complained to.

"Why do you get to teach the babe?!!"

"That's because you're too much of a pervert.", Momo said as she shook her head in dismay.

Sero then grabbed Fumika by the shoulders and made her sit down in front of the tv.

The rest of the night went on with Bakugo throwing in snarky comments such as Sero being a stupid teacher and that Fumika would never learn how to win at games with a teacher like him.
