Sapnap knew about Karl's time traveling he found out when he found one of Karl's books he accidentally left out but he didn't say anything because he didn't think it was that important and at the time it was just him and Karl in the relationship

When Quackity joined he realized that Karl was having more trouble remembering certain things and would mistakenly call them by the names of their ancestors I stead of their real names and at one point he forgot them all together for a few minutes

Quackity took notice and thought that it was his fault so he took up gambling to distract himself from it because it was starting fights between Sapnap and Karl and eventualy gree addicted to it

Karl and Sapnap did t know about this cause he said he was going to work which they had been taken before to his "work" place he was a card dealer they don't usually go to those places but he had begged them because a few people there where making him uncomfortable ad hitting on him they took care of it though

At one point of one of the fights got so bad Sapnap stormed out and went to talk with Quackity to get it of his chest which he was of course at "work" but when he went I'm he saw Quackity sitting at the head of the table with so many chips he couldn't count them stacked around him while Sam was at his side

He ofcourse was pissed and walked over to him and dragged him home after all the arguing they came to and agreement Karl would stop traveling and spend more time with them and they would still let Quackity do his thing since it was their only income but on one condition they had to come with him

So from that point on you eather saw them sitting at the head of a poker table Karl sitting in Quackitys lap and Sapnap on his right or sapnap was sitting in Quackitys chair with karl while quackity takes care of "business"
