Chapter 21

New update! I've been having some health issues and been trying to get well again. I'm getting slightly better now and I'll try to be working on chapters more often from now on. Also finally got a laptop so I'll definitely be able to get chapters done quicker!

Lucy had been a bit upset that Ben decided to go to John's Halloween party instead of spending the holiday with her and the others. Ben made it up to her though.

It was 3:00 am, hours after the party. The moon still shining brightly down on them.

Joe sat out in Ben's car, watching Ben creep up to Lucy's window. Ben was so glad, Lucy's bedroom was on the first floor or this wouldn't have worked out. He threw the hood of his Slytherin robes over his head, now almost looking like a demon or grim reaper in the dark. Lucy always had the habit of leaving her window unlocked so she would be able to get back in if she snuck out.

Rami texted Ben and told him that Lucy was out by 1:30 am, she had to be in a deep sleep now. Rami knew Ben was going to do this so he helped him out.

Ben jumped in through the window as quietly as he could. Ben was light on his feet and inched over to Lucy's bed.

"Lucy..." he whispered, changing his voice a tad bit. She barely moved, a tiny mutter was the only reaction she could give.

"Lucy..." Ben said a little louder now. Her eyebrows moved down and she was starting to gain consciousness. Her eyes began to flicker and now in a sleepy haze, she looked up.

It took her a second to process a dark figure standing over her in her room.

"Hello, Lucy..." Ben had never heard that girl scream as loud as she did. The girl was fumbling to turn on her lamp, trying to turn it on. She got it on and looked back up at her intruder. She gasped and grabbed a pillow from behind her.

"You-" one hit with the pillow, "fucking" another, "ass, Benjamin!"

Ben was just uncontrollable laughing as she was beating him to death with a pillow. He wished he had recorded the entire thing, it would have been too dark to see anything though.

"Sorry, Lucy. Just having some fun."

"I hate you."

"I love you, too. See ya!" Ben ran for the window, hurrying to leave before her parents came to find out what was wrong. As he hurried back to his car, Lucy was leaning out of her window yelling obscenities at him. Joe leaned down in the seat so she would see him and was trying to keep quiet, trying not to laugh out loud.

Ben got in and took off. It took them about 5 minutes to quit laughing about the whole thing.

"That was great!" Joe said, taking a deep breath.

"Wasn't it though? You should have seen the look on her face! It was priceless!"

"I say it was. Now please let's go back and get some sleep. I'm exhausted." Joe smiles before yawning.

"When we get back to my house, first can I, at least...slytherin?" Ben raised his eyebrows and smirked at the redhead.

"Pull over."

"What?"

"Just pull over." Ben listened and pulled over, off the road. Joe hopped out of the car and began walking off.

"Joe!" Ben jumped out and ran for his boyfriend. He grabbed Joe around the waist and hoisted him up. All this time, Joe was trying to keep from laughing again but failed once Ben grabbed him.

Ben spun him around as he stood in the headlights, not another soul around.

"Put me down!" Joe laughed.
