{I can get to the stuff I actually want to write now, yay! Also, in this fanfic since you're in japan all the characters except mina will refer to you with your last name and visa versa. I figured that might be good to clarify.}

An alarm rang next to you, and you stumbled out of bed. You weren't late already, but it's always good to be early. That's why you have your alarm set for ten minutes before you actually need to be up. You got up from the floor where you fell, and shut off the alarm, stepping immediately onto your skateboard. It was like a scene from a bad fanfiction, but this time you weren't late so it was technically a subversion of tropes. Thankfully this time you could think to use your quirk to slow your fall, (since people move really weirdly in dreams you could use that to your advantage). You got up, again, and walked down the stairs to get breakfast. You had your usual morning breakfast, and the rest of your morning routine flew by.

Before you walked out the door to leave with your skateboard, you yelled a goodbye to your dad, who was busy baking something for a neighbor, but he yelled a goodbye back.

You saw Mina at the end of the street talking with Kirishima, who had a skateboard with him, but he was holding it awkwardly, like he didn't really know what to do with it. You saw Mina point at the skateboard, and then at the ground as she talked, but you couldn't hear what she said. He scratched his neck and said something you were still too far away to hear, and then saw you.
"Hey, L/N!" He waved excitedly and smiled as he said it, and Mina jogged over to see you.
"Y/N! So, while I was walking over here with Kirishima I asked why he had a skateboard in his hands if he wasn't going to ride it, and as it turns out he only just got the skateboard yesterday since he saw us at the bus stop with skateboards and he wanted to be 'super manly like us' and skate to school, but he doesn't know how to ride it!"
"So are we teaching him?" You asked the question but you already knew the answer was yes.
"Is that even a question?" Mina had a familiar glint in her eyes. The kind of glint where you can just tell they're planning something mischievous.

After that short conversation you were at the end of the street, where Kirishima was trying to figure out how to get onto his board. He put his foot on it and immediately slipped, and he would've fell, had you not caught him. The awkward part was that you caught him bridal style, and since he was flailing around as he fell, he ended up hugging your neck. Your faces were so close together that you could be kissing if you moved an inch closer. A blush darkened your already brown skin, and Kiri was redder than his hair.

"Wow Y/N, you're getting all the guys at school, and it's only the second day!" Mina teased.
"Stop, it's not like that!" You were blushing even more now, and definitely not because you had a very cute guy in your arms.
"U-um, can you put me down?"
"Oh! S- Sorry, I hadn't realized I was still carrying you." You set him down gently.
"Thanks."
"I'm gonna go get the skateboard." It had shot out somewhere around the other side of the street, so you used that as a great way to avoid thinking about what you just did.

Once you were back, skateboard in hand, Kirishima was much less red then he was a few seconds ago, which was good, because that meant he probably wasn't going to think about it as much as you already knew you were.
"Do you want me to teach you how to skateboard after school today?" You hoped talking about something, anything other than what just happened would make it less awkward.
"Sure! That means I won't fall like that again." Kiri said it jokingly, but it still had that kind of something-weird-just-happened tone to it.
"Awwww! You two have a date later!" Mina probably meant to make it into a romantic thing, but she ended up lifting the tension somehow. You weren't gonna argue though.
"Oh! That reminds me, when is your date with Kaminari?" Mina continued, almost as if to remind you were gonna go out with him, not Kiri. Thankfully Kiri is pretty much oblivious, so he thought nothing of it.
"I haven't actually talked to him about it yet. I was too tired last night to do much, so it's still up in the air."
"Oh."
"Are we gonna get going? I don't wanna be late." Kiri said, like he wanted to get off the topic.
"Right, of course!" You hadn't realized the three of you were still standing still.
