That's the Spirit, Class 1A!!

{Read a little bit into chapter 1 before reading this, it's important for context. Also, this chapter is going to be really long, since I'm hoping to get most of the character introductions done in this chapter. Sorry if it's too much to read!}

TW: Slight mention of bullying abt weight at the end of the chapter.

It was then that a tall, black haired man walked in, who you assumed was your teacher. If you had to guess his height, it would be 6'0 or 6'1. He was wearing mostly all black, with a weird scarf around his neck, and a utility belt around his waist. The most off-putting thing about him was his eyes, which were bloodshot and red, and they had the biggest bags under them, like he hadn't slept in a week. The class took a while to be quiet, and in that time mina whispered "He looks like a hobo" to you. Unfortunately, you didn't have time to laugh before the room fell silent, so he heard you giggling, and he silenced you with a stare. He was honestly kinda scary, and if he really was your teacher, you hoped you didn't just get on his bad side.

"It took you all 9.27 seconds to shut up when I walked in. When you're heroes you won't have that kind of time in battle." He sighed like he didn't want to be there. 
"My name is Shouta Aizawa, and I'm your homeroom teacher." He gave you a pointed look and continued, saying, "If your plan for coming here is to make friends then you're sorely mistaken." He paused like he was calculating how much he was getting paid to do this. "Welcome to the hero course, put these on and meet me at the training grounds." He handed out gym uniforms as he talked, and you got the feeling that that was just what he was like all the time. Once he got back up to the front of the room he looked at the class and said "What are you waiting for? You have your maps with you, go to the dressing rooms and get changed." and with that, he left, presumably to go to the training grounds. 

Mina immediately got up and bounced over to you, talking about what you were going to do in class, and wondering what Mr. Aizawa had in store for you. As you talked on the way, telling her about the new moves you learned over the summer, the same short girl you noticed earlier tapped you on the shoulder. 
"Yes?" you said, wondering how many times you would get tapped on the shoulder today.
"I heard you talking about new moves, and I was wondering if you could give me some pointers, since you sound really experienced, and I don't know what Mr. Aizawa has planned for us to do."
"Sure!" You said, perking up. You were kind of obsessed with analysis of all sorts, so you were always glad to get an opportunity to ramble about that type of thing to someone who actually wanted to listen. "What's your quirk, that way I can give more detailed pointers based on your power."
"Of course! My quirk is zero gravity. If I touch things with all five fingers, I can make them float, and to release it, I touch my fingers together like this." She touched the pads of her fingers together, almost like she was high fiving herself. "By the way, I'm Ochaco Uraraka."
"Nice to meet you Uraraka! I'm Y/N L/N, and this is Mina Ashido." You pointed to your left, where Mina was, and continued to explain all the ways you could think of that her quirk could be used. (Like, touching a bunch of rocks or debris and using them as projectile weapons, or using really heavy support items so that when she hits someone it packs a lot of punch.)

Once you were in the dressing rooms, You, Mina, and Uraraka had already started to get to know each other better. You got changed and headed out, the topic of discussion now being favorite heroes. Since it was Uraraka that posed the question, she said her favorite hero first.
"I really like Gunhead. He really knows his way around a fight, and he's also really cute." She said the last part with a bit of a blush.
"I like Mrs. Joke! She's so cool, and I feel like you would have a really fun time hanging out with her." Mina said excitedly.
You thought a bit before saying "I like a lot of different heroes. I guess my favorites would have to be Present Mic, Fatgum, and Crimson Riot."
Mina laughed and said "Kirishima would love to hear that. He's OBSESSED with Crimson Riot. He told me he's planning on making his hero name some sort of reference to it."
