TAEGYU Can't we just keep the monster alive?

(Hyunjin's POV)

I look at Felix and notice he is a bit scared telling Beomgyu that he is a monster.

I grab felix's hand slowly and pull him behind me

Beomgyu knows what I'm doing

"Look, I'm fine with you being a monster. Please be careful.... Especially if you are near my house. My brother is really good with sensing monsters. So please do something to cover up your sent or anything" Beomgyu says

Felix looks relieved and nods

I feel pain in my head

"No, no no no no no!" I say as I fall on the ground

"Are you ok?" Felix asks holding me

"I get this pain in my head, a lot. It lead to me being sick for a period of time. 30 minutes to 5 weeks. I don't know why, but it has never gone away. I don't feel it at the minimum 3 days. It never happened since-" I pause

"Since what?" Kai asks

"Since I met someone. I met them when I needed someone to hold. They helped me, a stranger, and I don't know why. My family died in the explosion years back. They were there for me. I never met someone as kind. I am so glad I met them." I reply

"Chapter 23" I hear taehyun mumble. We all look at him surprised he is awake after a few minutes

"When your loved one is a monster and they get hurt, u might become one." He says

"How would you know the person I'm talking about is a monster?" I ask

"I've seen you look at certain people. Affection, trust, hate, lust, love. And we know the person is a monster by know." He says trying to get up. But Beomgyu tries to stop him

"Tae! U just woke up. We don't know how that fall impacted your body." He says to him. All I feel is Felix gripping onto my hand rather tightly

*knock knock

Someone opens the door

" oh my what happened?" A doctor asks seeing taehyun's tired face.

"He fell from a tall spot but someone used a spell to stop the fall" I say

"That's why he is like this" the doctor said

"HUH?" We all sat shocked

"Before that I'm doctor wang, Jackson wang" he says and takes a long breathe

"When a spell is used it can cause damage. Even if it's supposed to help. If something goes wrong like losing concentration, a mistake in your words, the amount of power being used, even to the timing, it can cause severe damage. For instance, if he was falling really quickly and a force stopped him, the impact of the stop could damage something. I will check him out but for the meantime please go into the waiting room." The doctor said

We walked out and I can see Beomgyu really worried

"Huh" I say

"What?" Beomgyu asks

"Never realized how you could like someone so much as a friend and is still a 'friend'" I say

"Are- are you saying- what are you talking about?" He says

"The way you look at him with: passion, care, and love. You can't say you don't like him more than a friend" I reply

"I've only known him since yesterday is class, I don't think you can fall in love with someone that fast" he says

"Haven't you heard of love at first sight?"

"Haven't you heard love is blind?"

"You shouldn't be in denial" Felix interrupts "I shouldn't be barging into someone's conversation, but seriously you shouldn't be going into denial. I have felt with it for a few years, yet I haven't accepted it until yesterday. Trust me, the quicker the faster" he says

"What do you mean faster" Beomgyu asks. Man he really doesn't know

"The faster you can get in a relationship with him. If it's bad then the quicker you can get over it." Felix says and we continue walking

"Wait Beomgyu has a crush on TAEHYUN?!??" Soobin yells and we all look back

Oh no. Over protective brother mode

"Soobin calm down!" Yeonjun says and touches his face to calm him down

He puts his forehead against Soobin's. Looks like they're an old married couple.

"Calm down... an- wait." Yeonjun stops and feels Soobin's face more. He also reaches for his hands "you must be really angry then" he says

"What" Beomgyu asks.

"U-uh sorry. Soobin's hands are usually cold, it's quite shocking but his hands feel a bit warm." Yeonjun explains

I look at Felix and we both nod

After that we keep walking till we get to the waiting lounge. Yeji seems to finish the paperwork

"Please make sure he is ok," she says to Yuna.

Yeji is about to go but she sees us

"OH!-You scared me!"She says "how's tae?" She asks

"We don't know." Yeonjun says and she looks panic

Soobin grabs yeji's hands

"You know Tae. He is going to be fine-"

"Because he is a fighter" she interrupts him

"Also how is my brother dealing with this?" She asks

"BROTHER?!??" Beomgyu, Kai, and Yeonjun yell
