Chapter Two : Married Couples Fight, Alright

Luna was ignoring Athena.

At least, that's what Athena noticed the moment she got home with Yeona after recording Irene and Seulgi's song for their sub-unit set to release after a few months.

At first, it started with Athena greeting her with a hug, in which the older girl half-ly returned, kind of stiff in Athena's taste and she even made a move to question it - but the girl only responded with she was fine and was pretty tired. Athena also acted pretty sweet during dinner, when they were alone washing dishes, weirded out by the fact that Luna didn't even talk to her and only hummed at her stories regarding her day, the latter responding that she was tired since she did some things while they were out.

Athena believed it.

Partially.

She even thought that Luna wasn't just in the mood or maybe she was on her period (which she didn't ask in risk of getting lashed out on by the girl which happened whenever she would ask, because according to Miyoung, she shouldn't 'ask' if girls are on their period - which didn't make a lot of sense considering she was also a girl).

So she brushed it off - for now.

Until the next day came, and they had to be present in the shooting scene since they will be filming the music video for 'when the party's over', which were all planned out way beforehand last year so they didn't have to brainstorm ideas for it and waste time.

Athena sat beside Luna that morning, in her usual, childish nature around Luna - but when the girl didn't give the same energy back, or even without rolling her eyes at her antics, Athena was starting to think something was wrong. "Darling, you okay?" She asked Luna, who didn't even look at her and nodded - staring outside the car window.

"Yeah."

Athena paused. "Did I. .do something wrong that'll make you mad?"

That kind of irked Luna up. "I don't know, did you?" Luna asked this as she turned around to look at her, making Athena gape because her look had a hard glare on it that made her speechless.

"I. . . " was all Athena managed to say, and when Luna knew she couldn't say anything, she looked away.

Something is obviously wrong.

While the maknaes were occupied on their phones and talking briefly, Athena fell silent beside Luna like a kid being scolded with a frown on her face. Obviously, she didn't like it when Luna was being like this - she could only think of situations where Luna was acting like this and as dumb as it sounds, for some reason, sometimes she was just so dense around Luna it even pained for her to think about it.

So she went on the list of things she did yesterday that might've triggered the older girl to be mad at her, but since she was at SM's dungeon yesterday - all day - she couldn't think of anything.

She was coming short of those lists.

"Miyoung-"

"Move. We're here." The girl cut her off, not even looking at her as she passed by her and out of the huge van where they currently reside.

"Wait," Athena scurried to follow her, entering the building they arrived in, catching up to Luna. "What did I do wrong? Did I ruined one of your plants again? Did I mess your onions in the kitchen? Did I left something unorganized? Or maybe it's because we got home late yesterday?"

She bombered the girl with questions, in which - made her heart tighten when Luna didn't even acknowledged her.

"Miyoung-ah," Athena protested weakly, not really liking the situation they are in. The worst part is that she doesn't know why Luna is acting this way. And sje certainly don't like how Luna was obviously ignoring and is mad at her. "Please tell me why you're ignoring m-"
