After the hectic day we all had, the four of us decided to head back home to get some much deserved shut eye.
But, it seems my insomnia didn't get the memo...
So, instead of just lying in bed just twiddling my thumbs, I decided to be proactive and start up on the jewelry for when I confess to Aaarrrgghh. Don't ask me how the Hell I know how to do this, because I have no clue myself. It's almost an instinct that's embedded into my brain.
I'm sitting criss crossed on the floor, wearing grey pajama pants and a pink tank top, staring intently on the three silver objects that somehow survived being hit by lightening. I guess getting these materials from Trollmarket was a good idea; they were nice and sturdy. Yet, I was missing the main ingredient...
But, it's going to hurt like a son of a bitch...
I think I'll do that part last.
~ TIME SKIP ~
After many grueling hours of nonstop heating up the silver, shaping it to the correct shape and size, then hand carving the designs with my claws... the next step is the one I've been avoiding.
Pulling a fang from my mouth...
Usually, a Dragon Folk would use a few of their scales to make their gift to their... potential mate...
I felt my cheeks heat up from thinking of the word mate. It feels right to say it yet a part of me gets a bit confused by that term. I've been raised by humans my whole life so I'm new to learning and experiencing the other part of me; sure I still did things that no normal child would do like eat my mom's jewelry...
But I was never taught about Dragon Folk beside the little info that Ma had learned from Da before he died. Like when my horns started growing out that I would get the urge to rub my head against any hard surface and... then... my heat...
Health class became fucking useless when that popped out once my horns stopped growing...
Yeah, that was not a fun experience.
I stifled a yawn as I looked at the time which read 2:45am?!
I guess I can finish up later on today...
I picked up the materials and placed them back into my leather pouch before laying it on my desk. I pulled back my covers and then plopped myself on my bed as my eyes closed shut.
~ Dream ~
Fire.
Once again this element likes to haunt my dreams but...
But something seems different.
I don't recognize this place; looks like some huge cavern with huts located in random places. Some of the abodes were ablaze with the heated substance while figures ran around screaming while others chased them down with...
Swords.
I felt my eyes widen with realization and my body trembling with fear when I noticed those figures with weapons were trolls and the others they were chasing were trolls as well. But, what got me to gasp in shock were that there was Cave Dwellers in the mix...
