I was outside Nia's bedroom waiting for her to get ready for her training today

"Im ready" Nia said walking past me

I walked beside her, "So if your gonna stay here you have to learn how to function around everyone"

She just nodded her head, "Hows your morning?"

She just gave him a thumbs up

"You won't speak to me?"

She shook her head no

brat...i'm the one trying to be nice to you and you wanna be a brat?!

"Look" we stopped, "I'm the good guy here so don't treat me like some pinche..... just, never mind let's go" I said as if I had a stick up my ass...very constipated

She's starting to irritate me I'm trying my best to keep calm, no woman ever is quiet to me.... IM MANNY all the women yell for me

"Here is your office...you are now one of the us...the cartel, you will learn how to smuggle, steal, create fake data, and fuck as many men as you want"

She stood looking disappointed and confused

"My father will be up in a minute to talk to you about your training, for the mean time get comfortable in your new work space" He says before leaving...I guess 'my' office

Nia's POV

CARTEL!? Me one of them?

The door opened and in came the old man

"AHHH NIA IT'S SO LOVELY TO YOU SEE YOU" He gave me a kiss on my forehead and shook my shoulders as he smiled at me ....weirdo

"I'm sure my boy told you what this room is for, right?"

I nodded, I don't want to speak at all here

"Good, now let's head down to the basement where we get all our shipments"

We headed down to the basement and long behold nothing but machines, bags, money and pearly white narcotics

We walked through the basement as everyone worked

"Now hormosa, you must be wondering why I am making you into one of my own"

I nodded, he stopped and looked at me

"You are a hard working woman, i've heard a lot about you... You love, You care, Your loyal, You're determined, and you create problems...which I like cause finally that puta Emily is dead"

"And without you she wouldn't be gone...did you know Lowe had Emily sent here to try and kill my boy?"

My eyes almost fell out of my face, "Yes he would drug Emily and send the 'love of his life' to try and get my boy to fall in love with her so he can figure out how I work my business"

"My son went through her phone and found messages, Lowe told her to fuck him until he spills his guts on his own father...which my boy didn't"

"Lowe can't be that careless with someone he loves" I said in his defense

"Ohhhh pretty, but he is that careless...so when I found out he has found a new love I watched and watched until Emily was gone, I am sorry what happened to you but I promise nothing like that will ever happen when your with us Nia"

I don't know about this man...and even Lowe at this point *sigh*

"NOW... let's get down to business"

*3 hours later*

Chi Chi taught me how to pack drugs, send them off, and order people around to make sure things go correctly, for the last 30 minutes i've been sitting at my desk with Manny. He has been showing me the different cartel's that are in competition with them...including Lowe

"Lowe is well known for his kill streak, that's why everyone avoids conflict with him...but us"

"I see" I said

"Nia look at me..."

I hate this, "Nia we don't wanna hurt you, we know what Lowe is capable of when it comes to women and we don't want that to happen to you, we cherish our women...without women we would not be here"

"what's so different about me?" I questioned

"we'll your the first non drug addict he has delt with, and you actually work, any other women were either on drugs or were a sex worker or became a slave to him but you didn't"

"Trust me I know" I agreed

"Yes sorry about that as well, we love you here everyone does and we want you to love us to.... we don't want to hold you hostage and you don't have to stay but just know if you go back, we told you so"

shit that's scary..... "So why did you kidnap me?"

"Ahhh come on Nia, you wouldn't have came any other way" he said patting my head

I laughed cause he is kinda right. I turned back to my desk....decisions decisions
