Mattheo Riddle- Heartbreak pt.3

After eating Mattheo walked down to the Black Lake where he saw Y/n fiddling with her hands. "You beckoned?" Mattheo teased. 

"Theo, I need to tell you something." Y/n said nervously. 

"What?" Mattheo asked worriedly. 

"The boy I was talking about earlier... he's you." Y/n mumbled, looking at the ground. 

"I know." Mattheo responded. Y/n looked up at Mattheo and saw that he was smiling. "The girl I was talking about was you." Mattheo said, getting closer and closer to Y/n as he spoke. Y/n smiled at Mattheo and he couldn't help but smile back.

"Y/n/n, would you like to be my girlfriend?" Mattheo asked, now centimeters away from Y/n. 

"Hmm, let me think about it," Y/n smirked. She opened her mouth to say more but was stopped when a pair of lips crashed into hers. Before she could think Y/n's and Mattheo's lips began moving in sync. Y/n pulled away so to catch her breath. 

"You didn't let me answer." She stated. 

"Well, that felt like a yes to me." Mattheo smirked, lacing his hand through hers. 

"Oh, it's definitely a no." Y/n teased. Mattheo fake pouted and Y/n pressed her face into his. This time it felt different. It was more passionate and hungry, as if they hadn't kissed in a century. All of the sudden they heard cheers and pulled away to look behind them. Lorenzo and Oscar were standing at the entrance of the castle, cheering and clapping for them.

Y/n rolled her eyes and looked back at Mattheo. He was staring at her with love in his eyes. "What?" She asked. 

"Nothing, just admiring your beauty." He responded as the pair made their way towards Lorenzo and Oscar, still hand in hand. 

"Finally! I thought it would take you two another year before you realized how blind you are." Lorenzo laughed. 

"Yeah! I just arrived and knew you two liked each other." Oscar joined in. Mattheo rolled his eyes and Y/n flipped them off as the couple walked into the castle and towards their common room, not knowing the adventure that lay ahead.
