Cedric Diggory- Worried Sick

Y/N Pov

I sat in Herbology when I felt a shape pain stab my stomach. I ignored it, thinking it was merely hunger but a few minutes later I felt it again, this time more intense. Everyone was busy analyzing their plants so I swiftly walked up to Professor Sprout. (Snape would be proud) 

"Professor Sprout, I need to go to Madam Pomfrey," I whispered.

"Is something wrong?" She asked sweetly.

"I think I am being visited by Aunt Flo." I sighed.

"Ok dear, you can go. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help." The sweet professor responded.

"Thank you." I praised before walking quickly to the Hospital Wing.

Cedric's Pov

I was studying my dittany when I noticed Y/n walk up to Professor Sprout's desk. She whispered something and Sprout responded. The two had a short conversation before Y/n left the classroom quickly. 

Y/n never returned to class and a wave of panic washed over me. What if something happened to her? Is she hurt?

Once class was over I went and found her best friend, Luna Lovegood. 

"Luna, have you seen y/n?" I asked the blonde girl

"No, I haven't since this morning. Though maybe in the Hospital Wing." Luna said, walking off. I headed straight there, accidentally bumping into a few first years on the way. When I reached the Hospital Wing I immediately saw her. She was talking to Madam Pomfrey, though it was clear something was very wrong. She had tears running down her face and she was hugging her stomach tightly.

"Y/n? Is something wrong?" I asked as I rushed over to her.

"No, nothing wrong Ced." She said with a sweet smile. I gave her a look, it was obvious that something was quite wrong. She smiled sadly at me before doubling over in pain. I was instantly by her side, holding her tight.

Y/n's pov

The pain was unbearable. It felt like everything in me was being squeezed by a giant fist. I felt someone grab me but my eyes were so unfocused I couldn't see who. The pain slowly subsided and I could see that it was Cedric who was holding me. I began to smile before I knew what I was doing. Cedric looked down at me with worried eyes but smiled back at me. I felt a wave of happiness wash over me when I saw that smile.

"How are you feeling darling?" He asked me.

"Great" I whispered as that's all I could manage to do without fainting.

"Well, let's get you to bed love. I doubt you truly are great." Cedric said as he dragged me over to one of the hospital beds. He helped me lay down in it without passing out and gave me a quick smile.

My eyes started closing and the brown-headed boy kissed my forehead, saying, "Sweet Dreams Love."
