the two cabin roommates spent a day resting and taking care of themselves, and after they both recovered from the fever they caught, it was already the fifth day of the second week. which meant there were only two days left of camp.

"ah, i can't believe we've been here for twelve days, time sure flies by so fast," heeseung announced over the speakers. it was already nine in the morning and the campers were told to stay in their cabin after breakfast. "sadly, we don't have any games today because it's still raining. on the sixth day though, because it will be our last night by then, we will have a campfire!"

jungwon was laying on riki's bed while riki was on the floor, meanwhile sunoo was on his bed holding a cup of hot chocolate. "ah, see, i knew it," sunoo said.

"ah, i'm sad, i wanted to bond with the hyungs more before leaving camp," riki muttered while scrolling on his phone. he glanced at jungwon, "do you think you wouldn't see jay hyung ever again after this camp? i mean, like, not to be as close as now, y'know?"

jungwon frowned at that thought. "uh.. i hope not. well, all of them are pretty close to me now since we've been hanging out the entire camp."

"mm, but what about jay hyung?" riki asked.

"what makes hyung different from them? i like all of them being my friends equally," jungwon scoffed.

sunoo chugged his hot chocolate and quickly licked his milk mustache off. "pfft, don't act like you guys weren't being like a married couple around each other."

"what!"

sunoo and riki both laughed out loud at jungwon's outburst.

"ahh, hngg, hyung, i'm sleepy," jungwon muttered as he plopped on his bed. it was a little after 4:30pm. "please cuddle me."

jay chuckled at jungwon's behavior. "ever since i hugged you when you were shivering and lost in the woods, you've been clinging on me so much."

"aish, stop complaining and come cuddle me!!!" jungwon whined and buried his face in jay's pillow. jay laughed loudly and cooed at the younger.

"alright, alright," jay ruffled jungwon's hair and laid down beside him, scooting closer to avoid falling off the bed. he hugged the younger from behind, making jungwon smile sleepily. "what made wonie really clingy, hm~? you were still so shy around me before, and look at you now."

"hyunggg," jungwon sighed. "i guess i'm just.. i don't know.. i think i'll miss you, hyung. i mean, camp's ending soon, and i might never see you again."

"ah, yeah, i get you," jay frowned slightly and he was thankful jungwon couldn't see his sadness. "it'll be fine. i'll find you, i guarantee it."

"why?"

"because.."

jay paused. jungwon hummed in curiosity, "because what, hyung?"

the blond held him closer, "because i like it when you're with me."

jungwon's cheeks flushed and felt his stomach churn in butterflies. jay closed his eyes and chuckled softly, "now, let's go take a little nap, i'm starting to get sleepy, too."
