"ouh? why do you seem so shocked?" namjoon chuckled and jungwon waved his hand sheepishly.

"ah, it's nothing, sir. i'm just surprised because i'm really close friends with him," jungwon smiled and glanced at his wristwatch. it was ten minutes until class starts.

"well, that's great!" namjoon clasped his hands together, "you can go to your first lesson. thank you."

jungwon stood up and bowed, "thank you, sir!" he quickly left the principal's office and went back to the locker area where riki was with sunoo.

"so? did sir kim tell you?" riki asked and held onto jungwon's shoulder with curious eyes.

"mm, he did," jungwon said, still processing the fact that jay was attending the same school as his. "i'm really happy jay hyung's here," his cheeks turned pink as he said those, making sunoo coo as the older pinched jungwon's cheek.

"cute~!! you guys are gonna be like a campus couple thing," sunoo raised his eyebrows up and down to tease jungwon, feigning a groan in pain when the dark-haired boy playfully smacked his shoulder.

"i'm gonna go head to class. see you guys later~," jungwon said and skipped his way to his new classroom, feeling giddy all of a sudden.

as jungwon walked around the busy hallways in hopes of finding a certain blond, he sighed seeing jay was nowhere to be found. he glanced at his wristwatch, there was an hour left until lunch break was over, and he still hasn't eaten as his main goal for the day was touring jay around, and half of the day was already spent.

surely, he doesn't want to tour jay when classes are over. 'aaahh, where is he?'

he made his way to the school's garden, which was at the back of the building. the garden was big and pretty to say the least, and it became jungwon's favorite places to rest in school.

he ended up seeing a familiar blond's back figure sitting on the bench, eating his lunch. "yah! hyung! i've been looking everywhere for you!" jungwon said and ran to the bench, holding jay's shoulders as he showed his face.

"jungwon?" jay's eyes widened in shock. he knew someone was touring him so that's why he was hiding in the garden as he didn't want his guide to find him, but he didn't know it was jungwon! "woah, i go to the same school as you?"

"apparently," jungwon giggled and glanced at his food that was almost fully eaten. "please eat up~ i'll tour you around the campus."

"sure, now c'mon and sit with me," jay patted the space beside him. jungwon does as he told and stared at the flowers and greens in front of them.

"'jungwon~'," the dark haired boy giggled. "it says there on the sign on the door. garden~ was that why you're here?" he teasingly nudged jay's arm.

"actually, yeah, i saw 'jungwon' written on the door and thought of you, so i went inside," jay bluntly said while taking a bite of his bulgogi. he looked at jungwon and gave him a smile. "have you eaten?"

"ah, i haven't, i came to look for you when break started."

"mm, well are you going to eat soon?" jay asked.

jungwon paused for a while to think about it, pursing his lips into a thin line before shaking his head 'no'. "i think touring you around will take some time, and minutes before the next classes start, i'll be on the library to help out the librarian with the books, since i do that every start of the school year."

jay stared at him as he talked, admiring the boy in front of him. he didn't hesitate to pick up a serving of bulgogi with his chopsticks and lifting it just a few centimetres away from jungwon's lips. "eat."

"a-ah, hyung, seriously, i'm fine~," jungwon sheepishly giggled with his cheeks heating up. "i'll get some food outside after class ends and i sometimes skip my lunch in busy school days."

jay furrowed his eyebrows, but he still didn't budge. "yah. seriously, you need to eat, even if you're busy, at least intake something to fill your stomach up."

jungwon sighed and gave in. "alright, fine," he tried taking the chopsticks from jay's hand to eat the food himself, but jay doesn't let go.

"say 'ahh'," jay said.

"hyung!!!" jungwon groaned and leaned on the bench. "stop, it's embarrassing!!"

without warning, jay holds on his chin, causing jungwon to widen his eyes in surprise as jay parted the dark-haired boy's lips and placed the food inside jungwon's mouth.

jungwon sat there, frozen, his cheeks turned into a dark shade of red as he processed what happened. jay chuckled loudly and ate his bulgogi as well, staring at jungwon. "you're so stubborn sometimes."

the rest of the quick lunch the two shared was filled with giggles and different kinds of conversations, with jungwon getting fed by jay.

the blond held his tray and chuckled as jungwon finishes up the rest of jay's meal. jay ruffled jungwon's hair, "you should really eat well. i'm happy to see you full, it's so cute~."

jungwon bit back a blush and nodded his head, "i'll go tour you around!"

"i think that's pretty much it," jungwon chuckled as he showed the whole school around jay. students who passed by them would give jungwon a friendly smile, to which he returns, and some of the students would point at the two and grin widely.

maybe because of how jay would sometimes tug on jungwon's shirt and ask random questions about the place, and the way the two looked at each other made it obvious that they know each other well.

of course, sunki would tease the two about it. they reached the school's library as jay insisted to walk him all the way there. "thank you for the little tour, jungwon," jay smiled and ruffled his hair again.

"you're welcome, hyung. see you soon?"

"mm, i'll walk to your classroom later before school ends," jay smiled and before jungwon could respond, the blond waved him off. "bye bye, wonie~"

jungwon chuckled as jay walked away, going inside the quiet library to help the school's librarian out, kim taehyung.

"jungwon~!" taehyung greeted with a grin, "it's very nice to see you again. how was your summer? the guy just now looks smitten by you."

"a-ah, hyung, it's not that way," jungwon chuckled with his cheeks slightly flushed. "my summer was great, thank you~ i really missed it here."

"yeah, i miss having you around! now, would you mind helping me out with arranging these new books?"

"i came here to do that in the first place~," jungwon chuckled and smiled widely.

ah, school was starting in a good way.
