I turned around and saw Ruhi. "Ruhi. I don't like Mahi" I said making faces. "Me too" she also said making faces. We both high fived. "Di, mere engagement ki date fix ho rahi hai" she said in excitement. I congratulated her. After some time, I went downstairs. "Yn, please can you inform Rii that Ruhi's engagement is next week" Chachu said me. I nodded in yes and went to Rii's room. "Chachu said me to inform you that Ruhi's engagement is next week" I said His eyes widened in shock and he started saying in fast motion "Itni jaldi. Itne Saare kaam hai. Sab kaise hoga. Dadi ko bhi bulana hai. Ruhi ke friends ki list bhi hogi. Oh god. Hum ladki wale hai, hum date aage bhi nahi kar sakte. Mere bhi friends ko batana hoga. Itne kam time me sab kaise hoga?". I kept my finger on his lips and said "Don't worry Rii. Sab hojayega. I'll start the preparations". I exited the room.

Riyaz's POV I went to yn's room. She was not there. I called her name. She came from the balcony. "What were you doing there?" I asked "Nothing. You say. Aap yaha kyu aaye hai?" she asked me. I handed her a gift. "Yeh kiske liye hai?" she asked looking at me "Tumhare liye" I replied with a smile. "Nahi. Mai Yeh aapse nahi le sakti" she answered me. "As a friend de raha hoon lelo. Ab tum meri ho I mean meri zimmedari ho" I said and she took the gift. She unwrapped and a pure smile was covering her face. "Oh My God! This is so beautiful" she said looking at the gift. "Did you like it?" I asked raising my right eyebrow "Like it? I loved it" she said I smiled and exited the room. She wanted to say me something but I don't know why she didn't.

I was waiting for her at the engagement party. My gaze was just stuck on her room that when will she come. "Sabar rakh puttar. Aa jaayegi teri kudi" Dadi teased me. I glared at her. She smiled. She is not that old. Yn is also very close to her. Suddenly I saw yn coming downstairs. I just can't take my eyes off her. She wore the dress I gifted.

Everybody were praising her and her dress for sure. She was about to say that I gifted her but I gestured a no, so she stopped. The engagement ceremony was completed. But, I couldn't find Yn anywhere. I went upstairs to her room and saw her crying on the bed. "Yn?" I said. She stood up and faced backwards. After wiping her tears she looked at me. "Why are you crying?" I asked "No. I'm not. Shayad aankh Mein Kuch chala gaya hoga" she said while rubbing her eyes. I sat beside her on the bed. She also sat. "Mai koi chota bacha nahi hoon. Batao mujhe. Kisi ne kuch kaha kya?" I again asked. She sat on the floor, I was still sitting on the bed. She laid her head on my lap and started crying. I didn't stop her because I felt like, if her heart if full of something so just let it flow in the form of tears. I caressed her hairs. She said in a teary voice "You know what Rii. I always craved for family love. When I was small, my family sent me to the hostel. After that, when I came to my house, they again sent me abroad for higher studies. Mujhe laga ke mere naseeb Mein Pyaar Hai hi nahi lekin jab mai aapki family se mili toh unhone mujhe bilkul apno ki tarah treat kiya. Thank you so much Rii for everything. Thank you so much" I made her sit beside me on bed and wiped her tears. "Yn. Don't worry. Sab kuch theek hojayega" I comforted her. I stood up and was about to move but she held my wrist. I looked at her and she hugged me. I also hugged her back. She broke the hug and I placed a kiss on her forehead. "Abhi jaldi se makeup theek karlo. Dinner nahi karna kya? Warna chudail lagogi" I chased her. "Kya? Mai chudail lag rahi hoon?"she asked placing her hands on her waist. I smiled and asked her "Tumhe aata hai kya makeup karna?" She looked at the floor and I understood. "Ruhi ko makeup karne ke liye jo aaye the na unhone hee mera bhi make over kiya" she exclaimed. "Ruko. Mai Ruhi ko bulake laata hoon. But uski party wohi chod ke aaye, I don't think so woh manegi. Mai Mahi ko bula laata hoon" I said "Bilkul nahi. Mai khud kar lungi" Yn said in a high voice. She sat on table in front of the mirror. She was about to take a tissue but I picked up and started cleaning her face. "Don't worry mai kar dunga" I exclaimed. "Aapko aata hai?" she widened her eyes in shock.
