Kaylee's POV I grabbed Anna getting a good grip on her waist and crashed through the window. I could hear bullets flying but me and Anna landed on the ground.
"Fuck!" She said yelling.
"Whatever injury you have we can fix it at my house!" I yelled grabbing her hand and pulling her into my car.
I start the car driving out of the driveway and speeding up. I look to her wincing in pain.
"Lemme see it" I said keeping my eyes on the road.
"It's not bad keep your eyes on the road" she said holding her wrist.
We got to my house which was pretty far from Anna's. I live alone because my family lives far away and only come visit me not a lot. I close the doors locking them leading her up to my room.
"You live by yourself?" She asked.
I nodded my head as I got some athletic tape.
"This should do it... does it hurt?" I said wrapping her arm with the tape.
"Yeah no it's doesn't hurt, I just fallen out of a window nothing hurts... Ofc it fucking hurts idiot!" She said sarcastically.
"Okay so we're gonna have to stay low until I can bring you back to your parents house." I said getting two red bulls from the fridge.
I sat on the couch and handed her a Red Bull.
"So is this what you do for a living? Just run steal? Fight? Target crack cases?" She asked.
"Nope... I sit here and watch literally anything I can find." I said turning on the tv.
Anna kept looking at the window door and kept changing positions.
"Anna calm down... if they come they come we will be ready." I said turning her head by her chin.
She got flustered and blushed. She got a comfier position and leaned against me. I calmly panicked and zoned out on what to do. Do I put my arm around her do I not do anything? Is she comfy? Fuck I don't know...
"Kaylee? Kayleeee earth to Kayleeee!" Anna said as I zoned back in.
"Damn sorry zoned out" I said turning my head to her.
"Mhmm whatcha thinking about?" She asked smiling.
"None of your business" I said sarcastically.
"Rude." She said rolling her eyes.
Anna's POV As I felt someone jerk my waist around and crash through the window I landed on my wrist. Kaylee pulled my hand to her car. We drove for awhile until we pulled up to a beautiful modern small home.
