"What the hell!"

Anna's POV
I must have fallen asleep on Kaylee cause I woke up to someone slipping out the window. I got up to see Kaylee's knife and gun on the window. I looked through it and saw a black figure running to the car. I grabbed her knife and gun slipping out the window as well. I tried to run after her but she got in the car and sped off.

I wanted to yell her name but that would attract a lot of people. So I ran after her trying to get her attention if she ever looked back. Soon I got tired and walked the entire way. I could still see her car driving turns. Whenever she would stop at lights I would walk slower so I could rest but I was tried after sprinting after her.

She stopped at her house as I hid in the bushes in the front. Something about Kaylee was really off. She walked in the house without checking it. It's like she knows she's gonna die but doesn't care anymore.

I tried to get closer but two guys pulled me back. I elbowed on in the chest punching him while I kicked the other one into Kaylee's mailbox. I tried to run in the house but it got slammed so fast.

"Kaylee!" I yelled as I could hear grunting.

Kaylee's POV
As soon as the guys said get her. I ducked towards the couch, letting two people run into each other. I grabbed my knife out of my ankle stabbing one guy in the leg. I stabbed another guy in his side. I knocked them both out trying to catch my breath. Soon someone came out from the closet.

"Let's fight knife for knife huh?" He said pulling out a knife from his pocket.

He threw his knife as I ducked but it stabbed my shoulder. I threw my knife and it went straight to his side as he fell. I tried to get the first aid kit as I fell on the ground. I didn't want to go just yet... I wanted to tell Anna something but as I saw her come running in.

"Kaylee what the hell! Why did you fucking leave!?" She yelled grabbing the First aid kit.

I tried to warn her but she wouldn't leave me. She took the knife that was lodged into my shoulder and tied a sweatshirt to stop the bleeding for now. She helped me up and got me to my car.

I saw her call someone and talked to them but I tried to keep my eyes open but they fell heavily. Everything than went black and I couldn't feel anything.

Anna's POV
I went through the back door to see Kaylee on the ground surrounded with guys as well. She had a knife lodged into her shoulder.

"Kaylee! What the hell! Why did you fucking leave." I said as I got the first aid kit im her living room.

"Anna you have to go. There are more coming when they realize the guys in here aren't responding." She said slowly fading.

"No. I'm not leaving you to fucking die so shut the fuck up and let me help you." I said sternly.

I grabbed a wrap and pulled the knife out. She yelled in pain but I put pressure on the wound. I put the first aid kit in her duffel bag grabbing more sweatshirts from her closet. I took off the sweatshirt I had a and wrapped her arm so she would continue to have pressure and it not bleed out. I helped her up and got her into the passenger seat in her car. I than quickly called my friend Eva.

"Hello?" Eva said through the phone.

"Hey you mind if we come over? We're in a bit of emergency right now." I said pulling out of the driveway.

"We? Who are you with?" She asked.

"Someone else I'll tell you when I get there. But I need you to get me some things. Medical stitches, a whole lot of gauze pads and get me a wrap. Make a room for a small bed or something. We got a lot of blood coming in." I said driving to Eva's house.

"The girls are here so they can help us. Girls we need medical stitches! Gauze! And medical wrap! NOW!" Eva said through the phone.

"Keep the door open we gotta do this fast." I said being a minute away from Eva's house.

"I'll be out on the driveway to help!" Eva said hanging up the phone.

I looked over to see Kaylee unconscious. Her shoulder started to bleed more as her entire arm was dripping with blood.

"She ain't gonna like her seat anymore it's blood but it's worth it." I mumbled to myself.

I got to Eva's house has Eva helped me get Kaylee inside. We laid Kaylee out as we moved her hair to see the stab wound.

"Hey I got th- HOLY SHIT! WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED AND WHO IS THAT!" Emma yelled giving me the gauze pads.

"Yeah Anna who is she?" Eva asked calmly.

"Guys I'll tell you later just please help me. She can't die" I said putting the gauze pad on her shoulder.

The girls were all surrounding Kaylee as a I got stitches into her shoulder stopping the bleeding, finally.

"So Anna? Who is she?" Sab asked playing with Kaylee's hair.

"She's a friend... a gang runner with a 1 million bounty on her. My parents are working with her parents but they ditched her I guess... I don't know her life story. All I know is that she was assigned to stay with us for while." I said sitting on the couch.

"Wow gang runner? Did Anna fall in love with a gang runner?" Dev said sitting by Sab.

"I could tell why she did fall in love. Look at her she's literally hot as fuck." Eva said looking at Kaylee.

" I didn't fall in love. Plus I don't think she's into me either. She's 18 name is Kaylee Dawson and yeah I guess. You can ask questions when she wakes up. Have medicine ready for when she does wake up. She's gonna be in pain." I said laying down on the couch.

"We should go to sleep. It's 2 am." Sab said covering Kaylee with a blanket.

"I'll see you guys in the morning. I'm gonna stay down here in case if she wakes up." I said as Dev gave me a blanket.

They all nodded and went upstairs. I took out my phone and scrolled through TikTok. I would look over to Kaylee everyone once in awhile in case if she woke up.

I stayed up the entire night just in case if she woke up. I really thought about what the girls said... did I fall in love with Kaylee? I mean she gives butterflies when she gets close to me. I got hella butterflies when she held my waist during the shoot in Grace's and Drake's house. It's hard to read Kaylee cause she has mixed feelings. I don't if she likes me because she doesn't express in anyway. I can see her slowly opening up to me but it's really hard to read her. I could see her perfect body with her abs and damn it was really hot. She doesn't make a soft spot for anyone and is really cool that she can multitask by being on alert with fats reflexes while being comfortable. Like when the grenade exploded she got me down as fast as she could. Who knew love was so fucking hard. Ugh.
