It was a hot day, Dan walked to school with a frown on his face.
"What's with the frowny face, D?"
Dan jumped, he didn't realise that Archie was behind him, "heh, did I scare you?"
"Don't do that, dude..." Dan said, pushing Archie away from him.
"Haha, I totally scared you" Archie laughed.
"I never said you didn't..." Dan mumbled
They walked together to school in silence, just enjoying each others company. Just them. Together. A l o n e .
"You know, we should hang out this weekend, play some football." Archie blurted, breaking the silence
"Yeah that would be nice" Dan smiled, "No- no homo though"
"YEAH, no homo haha..."
