It was now a few days later, we caught the unsub. We were on the plane home now. I was sitting close to Aaron on the plane again. Everything felt good. I put in my earbuds and tried to doze off to sleep. I quickly fell asleep, leaning towards the window.

I felt someone shake me awake. It was Aaron. "We're back." he stated, hand still on my shoulder. I rubbed my eyes a bit and sat up. It was dark outside. I usually wake up when we were about to land, but I guess I was exhausted from the busy days. I was excited to get home and sleep. I missed the feeling of my own bed, but soon remembering all the paperwork I had to finish when I got back to the office.

I smiled up at Aaron, grabbed my bags, and headed towards the black car that was waiting to take me back to the office. It was freezing outside again, which reminded me. It's almost Christmas! I smiled greatly as I remembered my favorite holiday. I got in the car and took out my phone. I was in the car with Rossi, Derek, and JJ. I went to text Spence.

Anna 9:02 - We still on for Christmas movies?

Spencer 9:02 - Absolutely

I had promised Spencer that we could watch movies when we came back.

I smiled as I tucked my phone underneath me. Everything felt like it was going right.

My life finally felt perfect again.

We got back to the office and I walked inside. Making my way to the elevator, passing familiar faces on the way. No one seemed to leave this place. I made it to the bullpen and set my stuff down, relaxing in my chair. I soon pulled out some paperwork that I still needed to finish and began working on it. I saw Rossi, JJ, Emily, and Morgan leave. It was just me, Spencer, and Aaron left in the building. Garcia always leaves early. I continued to work on my paperwork until around 12:00 am. I didn't have any interruptions this time, which was very surprising due to the events of the last few days being in the office.

I actually got to go home without talking to anyone from the time I got into the office to the time I left.

I got in my car and drove home. The drives home were always so relaxing. I loved driving at night. I loved the lights of the city.

I made it to my apartment and unlocked the door. There was that eerie feeling again. I went over to the window in my living room and shut the blinds and curtains. I then continued to my fridge, taking in the sad sight again. Maybe I should go grocery shopping. I took a deep breath and made my way to the bathroom, actually taking off my makeup for once. I eventually made it to my bedroom and changed into my PJs. I flopped on the bed and was out like a light.

I groan as I check my phone. Today was supposed to be my day off, why is my alarm going off. I rolled over to grab my phone to turn it off when I notice that it wasn't my alarm, it was an incoming call

'Incoming call from Aaron Hotchner'

I quickly sit up, rubbing my eyes to make sure I was seeing it right. I then grabbed my phone and swiped to answer the call. I groggily spoke. "Hello?"

"Did I wake you?" he laughs.

"Yes, actually. What's up?" I say, trying to flatten my hair to the best of my ability.

"Anna, I was wondering it was ok with you if I picked you up around- I don't know- 7 pm?" He sounded nervous, which definitely was not normal.

I smile at the words that just came through my phone. "Yes, of course, that's fine. I'll see you then. Bye Aaron."
