Ch. 7

His lips pressed against mine.

I quickly kissed back. I couldn't believe what was happening. My heart was racing, I'm almost certain he could hear it pounding.

I broke the kiss and stood back, taking in what just happened. I stared deeply in his eyes as I put my hands behind his neck and pulled him down into another kiss. This one being more aggressive.

I smiled as I heard him mutter in between kisses, "You have no idea how long I've wanted to do this." I quickly smiled back, pulling away from our kiss, heart still racing. We just stood there, smiling at each other for a few seconds. This is what I've always wanted. My dreams literally came true.

I took his hand as we made our way through the park. It was getting later so the Christmas lights came on. We looked at the cute little reindeer and Santa lights as we passed, fingers still interlocked. I couldn't stop smiling. We soon made our way through the trail, back at the car.

"Do you maybe wanna come back to my place?" I ask shyly as we approach my side of his car. "Yeah, that'd be great. Jessica has Jack. I told her I was meeting with the team tonight and she seemed to believe it. I told her to keep him until tomorrow." He smiled and opened the door for me. I got in the car and soon started doing happy hands as I realized what's about to happen.

We pulled into the parking garage of my apartment and made our way to my apartment on the 5th floor. I was a little embarrassed at the size, but I doubt he cared. "Excuse the mess." I laugh as I gesture to the plants scattering my living room. The T.V. was still playing the kids' channel I was watching before I left. I rubbed my forehead with my fingers as I quickly grabbed the remote and turned off the T.V.

"Wanna watch a movie?" I ask eagerly, smiling at Aaron who was now sitting on my couch. "Christmas movie?" He asks, smiling. I told him how I always loved watching Christmas movies with Spencer and how I had to cancel with him. I smiled greatly as I grabbed a few DVDs from a box near my T.V. I pulled out The Nightmare Before Christmas, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and The Polar Express and showed him them. "Which one?" I asked like a little child. He closed his eyes and put his hand over The Nightmare Before Christmas. I giggled as I shoved the DVD in the player. He chose my favorite movie.

I soon sat down next to him and pressed play on the remote. I grabbed my blanket from beside me and put it over me. I always got cold easily. I was still smiling at the whole situation.

I was watching Christmas movies with my boss, or should I say my boyfriend?

Oh my god.

Was he my boyfriend now?

I shook my head at the thought, I didn't want anything to bother me in this moment. Aaron soon noticed I was cold and scooted over closer to me, putting his arm around my shoulder, resting his hand on my lower arm. He was so tall that even sitting next to me, there was still a significant height difference.

I stared down at his hand on my arm, not paying attention to anything else.

His hands were so veiny. They basically wrapped around my whole arm just resting there.

Wondering what they'd be like around my neck.

He looked down and noticed me staring at his hands, giving my arm a squeeze. I looked up at him, blushing at the thoughts that crossed my mind. He smiled down at me and put his other hand on my jaw, leaning down to give me a kiss.

This time it was aggressive. I pulled away from him, smiling. His eyes didn't have that look anymore. They were hungry, almost eager. I noticed the change and quickly pulled him back down to me. His hands made their way further down my face, tracing my neck. I could feel my heartbeat speeding up due to the touch of his fingers on my throat.
