Demon Slayer // Kimetsu No Yaiba

So I know I always some stupid unfunny joke, but I got nothing. This anime is honestly amazing. I know revenge stories are a bit overdone in anime but this is done so well, it's amazing. This story is about Tanjirou Kamado, a boy who lives in the mountains with his family and sells charcoal to make ends meet. One day when making a trip to the village nearby, he gets done later and has to spend the night at a neighbor's house since it's dangerous due to the demons that roam. He arrives the next morning to see his family slaughtered and his sister, Nezuko, on the brink of death. After trying to take her to a doctor, he finds out she's part demon due to demon blood mixing with hers. Now, Tanjirou sets off to turn Nezuko human again and kill the one who murdered his family.

This anime is definitely one of my new favorites. The music is beautiful, the characters are fantastic, and oh my god do not get me started on the art style. It's so pretty. Overall, I give this anime a 5/5.

As I said before, the characters were super fun and enjoyable, my favorite being Inosuke (played by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka in the sub and Bryce Papenbrook in the dub). He was funny and made things a lot easier to watch. I've noticed throughout the series that even during serious moments, there's humor which I really like. I like when animes can be serious yet humorous.

Continuing on, as I stated the music and art is very pretty and I love it. The opening and ending really show that. The opening is Gurenge by LiSA and ending is From The Edge by FictionJunction ft. LiSA
