Chapter 19

wow this chapters long! This chapter also has a lot of drama in it and might be a tear jerker. its okay. let it all out. we can all cry together :'(

Chelsea's POV:

I started running for my life. I then heard gunshots. I couldn't help but turn around. All I saw was Louis collapsing to the ground. I rushed straight over to him but before I reached him, I was pulled away by a security man. I looked over to the other side of Louis' body and saw Eleanor being held by about 3 different security men. Luckily they managed to get the gun from her. I then looked down at Louis. He was lifeless and covered in blood. The paramedics soon came and when they took Louis away, i ran along with them. They let me come in the ambulance to the hospital. He was rushed straight to surgery and I was forced to wait in the waiting room. I then phoned Liam but he didn't pick up.

"Damn you Liam." I shouted at my phone. I tried phoning Zayn but there was still no answer. I then tried Niall. He was the only one who actually answered.

Niall: Hey Chels.

Me: Liam won't pick up and i'm at the hospital. Louis' in surgery. No one's here and i'm really scared.

Niall: Shh shh don't cry. Have you tried everyone else?

Me: Yes....wait! I haven't phoned Kevin!

Niall:Okay phone him and keep trying Liam. Everything's gonna be okay.

Me: Thanks Nialler, bye.

I hung up and then called Kevin. Thankfully he picked up straight away.

Me: Kevin, Louis got shot, please come to the hospital. Liam won't pick up and I just need someone.

Kevin: Okay, calm down I will be there in a few minutes.

Me: Okay, bye.

I hung up and tried 3 more times to try and get Liam to pick up. I looked at the time and it was 4:45pm. I didn't understand why he wouldn't pick up. I tried again for the fourth time and he finally picked up.

Me: Liam, why didn't you answer?! I'm in the hospital! Louis got shot! I'm alone and scared. I need you.

Liam: Sorry my phone was on silent. I'm on my way, is anyone with you

Me: Kevin's on his way. No one picked up apart from him and Niall.

Liam: Okay. I'm just in the car. Stay safe. Bye

Me: You too, bye.

Kevin soon arrived and just held me while I cried. No words could fix me now. I just needed someone to hold me. And that's exactly what Kevin did.

"Miss Payne?" a doctor said. "yes" I said lifting my head out of Kevin's shoulder. "Louis is in a critical state so you won't be able to see him for a while. He was shot a few centimetres away from his heart. He is very lucky to still be alive. You may as well go home now." The doctor turned on his heel and left us. I was speechless.

Liam soon arrived and I ran towards him. Everything started to go fuzzy but i kept running. Suddenly, everything went black.

Liam's POV:

I went to the hospital as quickly as possible. I parked up and ran straight to the waiting room. Chelsea was running straight for me. Before she reached me, she collapsed on the floor. "Do you want her to be seen by a doctor?" the receptionist said. "No thanks, we're going straight home now anyway. she'll be fine thanks." I said, picking her up bridal style heading to the car. "come on Kevin, your parents still aren't back so you're staying with us." He nodded and we got in the car and drove home.
