It's finally here, the day I told my pack about their Luna. It's strange yes, having a man has my mate when everyone expected a female. but I was glad that my pack members weren't homophobic, so I'm sure they will accept Kayden with no problems.

I wanted it to be traditional, where I announced him and the we would go straight to mating. I couldn't wait and I knew he couldn't wait as well. because knowing him, he's already dying for me to take him over and over....

"Hey Asher man settle down. we all can smell your arousal from here." Everyone laughed and I showed Lucas my middle finger who had a look of disgust on his face.

"Well at least my arse is going to get some later." I shot back and he started gagging.

"At least my arse got some the moment I made Isaiah mine." I rolled my eyes and sighed. I knew Lucas and Isaiah already mated and marked each other, which was weird because I don't know how a human could mark someone else.

Maybe biting into that person skin until it breaks, well Kayden would have to do that to me and I could see a nice mark already forming on Lucas's neck so why not?

I looked to my right, to a nervous looking Kayden and took his hand in mine so I could go and talk to him in private to let him know that everything will be ok.

"Hey I don't want you to worry too much ok? You don't even have to address them or anything. but, I'll suggest you say something to them because you'll be their Luna king and all. Just follow my lead and everything will be ok I promise." He nodded his head and I bent down and gave him a kiss, it was like a promise of what was to come and he understood fully what that kiss meant which had him blushing.

We walked back to the makeshift stage that was outside and turned to face the cheering crowd. I held my hand up to silence them and when it got quiet, I addressed them with a tone that showed them I was serious.

"Before we get started, I would like to thank each and every one of you for coming here today. On this day, March 26, 2006 I will be announcing your Luna king of this pack. Anyone who doesn't agree with this, can leave if you wish to." When I didn't see anyone leaving, I felt so proud at that moment for my pack. Knowing that one day, I would have to reward them for this.

"Then I will have to thank you all for staying, this means a lot to me." They started cheering again and I held my hand up to silence them.

"My father has a few words he would like to say to you all." Dad stepped forward and rest his hand on my shoulder as well as kayden's own.

"First of all, never in my life have I seen such pairing. The moon goddess has done something right and for that I am extremely proud to call Kayden miles my son in law. He has brought a lot of happiness towards this family especially my son and for that I thank him. This ceremony is not only for them but we have another couple that would like your blessings as well. Lucas James and Isaiah Roberts I want to wish you both lots of love and happiness going forward." The crowd cheered and so did I as well as Kayden.

Since Lucas already went ahead and marked Isaiah without a ceremony first, this was how it would be for them. They both bowed their heads and thanked dad.

"I would also like to thank you all for coming here and witnessing the pairing of my son and his mate. They both decided to mark each other in private, which I totally understand. So to continue this ceremony, let's hear what my son has to say." Dad gave me a hug and hugged Kayden as well before he walked back to my crying mom so he could comfort her.

After the crowd went quiet, I turned to Kayden who was still sporting that blush on his face and smiled.

"I know I've said this before and I'll say it once again. At first I was against having a mate especially one who might turn out to be a male. I was thinking of rejecting my mate, but when I met Kayden I couldn't. He is my world and I'll cherish him for the rest of his life...." I could sense that hunter wanted to take over really bad, and I looked at Lucas to see that he too was fighting with his wolf as well. but, in the end they won.

It was time to tell them, Selene gave me the go ahead and now was the perfect time to tell them about the war and the gifts Selene gave to us. Now that everyone was here, why not? Alex agreed with me since Selene told us to go ahead.

"HELLO EVERYONE. I HAVE TAKEN OVER FROM ASHER TO TELL YOU SOMETHING IMPORTANT THAT ALEX AND I FOUND OUT A FEW WEEKS AGO. SOME OF YOU MIGHT THINK THIS IS A BAD TIME BUT ITS NOT, YOUR SAFETY MEANS MORE TO ME AND ASHER THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD. WAR IS COMING SOONER THAN WE THINK AND ITS WITH ANOTHER PACK THAT IS MUCH MORE POWERFUL THAN US. THEY WISH TO SHOW EVERYONE THAT THEY WILL ALWAYS BE NUMBER ONE, BY WIPING US OUT. THEY HAVE BEEN RECRUITING OTHER SUPERNATURALS TO HELP FIGHT WITH THEM AND SO THATS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED TO DO. DONT WORRY, ASHER AND KAYDEN WILL BOTH LEAD US TO VICTORY WITH THE NEW GIFTS THEY WILL BE RECEIVING FROM SELENE. LUCAS AS WELL AS ISAIAH AND OUR GAMMA AND DELTA WILL ALL BE RECEIVING NEW GIFTS THAT WILL HOPEFULLY LEAD US TO VICTORY. SINCE LUCAS IS ALREADY MATED TO ISAIAH, HE WILL BE TURNING INTO ONE OF US, SO HE CAN USE HIS GIFTS AND SO WILL KAYDEN. PLEASE TRY AND TRAIN AS MUCH AS YOU CAN AND FOR THE WOMEN AND PUPS, YOU WILL ALL BE GIVEN A PLACE TO STAY IN ORDER RO BE SAFE. I HOPE YOU TAKE THIS WARNING SERIOUS, BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH WE DONT KNOW WHEN EXACTLY THE WAR WILL COME TO US, WE HAVE TO GET READY. And with that I gave control over to Asher who had a panic look on his face. Now was not the time to panic, now was the time to prepare and hope for the best.
