Dreams Pov

I pulled out the pair of rings, the two matched, similar patterns and color.

"..it's a promise ring. . . silver promise rings" My eyes softened as I watched tears stream down George's face.

I knew it..

he doesn't love me back..

"I'm sorry.." He whispered.

My heart dropped, tears filled my eyes threatening to spill out. "it's ok I underst-"
He interrupted me;

"I'm sorry I didn't say this sooner.. my love." He stepped closer to me and connected our lips, his hair blew through the wind slowly, his hands pressed on each side of my face, creasing it softly.

He pulled away and hugged me, his soft sobs were the only thing I could hear. Yet I knew they were happy sobs, that was it.

My own tears started overwhelming me as I tried to speak, "Ge-georgE" I hiccuped, he laughed at me. He pulled our faces close together and grabbed my hand.

He used his free hand to grab the larger ring, then looked at me. I nodded slowly. .

He slipped on the promise ring, fitting it perfectly. I then grabbed his hand and adjusted the ring on his finger, after we had successfully put on the rings he kissed me again.

My smile grew happily yet so weak from all the tears. He placed his hand onto mine, each of our fingers touching in order. He then slowly intertwined our fingers, I pulled his hand closer and kissed his palm ever so gently. He wiped his tears and pulled me into a jog, "IM NOT SINGLE ANYMOREEE!" He yelled into the night as he held up our hands. I laughed softly.

I can finally be with you my love.
