Parting || Jeongcheol

Chapter 2

Before an asteroid falls to the earth in just a day
I'll tell you the things I haven't told you

"Cheollie, how-" Jeonghan stopped in his tracks as he sees his boyfriend happily talking with his best friend, Hong Jisoo. "How are you, Cheollie?" Jisoo asks the older, hugging Seungcheol's arm.

'Please shove him off... Please...' Jeonghan thought, still staring at the sight in front of him. "I'm fine!" Seungcheol gave the Korean-American a bright smile. "How about you?" Jeonghan stared at the two most important people in his life in disbelief.

"I'm great! Do you want to go to the café?" Jisoo asks the angel's boyfriend. Jeonghan shook his head, hoping that his boyfriend would say no. "Sure! I'm free.." Seungcheol accepts Jisoo's offer. "Alright! Let me just tell Hannie-"

"I'll text him. Don't worry about him." Seungcheol stopped Jisoo from texting his best friend. 'Why would he-' Before Jeonghan could finish his thoughts, he received a text from his boyfriend, just like what Seungcheol told Jisoo.

'I'm busy right now. I can't go on a date with you.'

'Did he- did Seungcheol just lie to me?' Jeonghan stared at the text, his heart slowly breaking. Betrayal seeped through his body and into his heart. 'He didn't have to lie to me...' The angel like boy looked up from his phone and the sight in front of him makes him want to cry.

"Let's go?" Seungcheol smiled, hooping his hand for Jisoo to hold. "We shall!" All Jeonghan could do as they left together was stare. He just stared as they blatantly broke his trust and betrayed him.

He just stared as all of these thoughts circled around his head. 'Why did they lie? Do I mean nothing to them? Is this why Seungcheol is acting so cold to me? Is this why Jisoo always ask about him? Why are you hurting me so much....'
