Was Jeonghan stupid or was he stupid? That's what Jun and Minghao thought as they stared at their Korean friend from afar, looking happy and contented with his supposedly ex-boyfriend and ex-best friend.
It's been a week since the 'break up' and yet, Jeonghan was acting as if nothing has happened. He was acting as if he and Seungcheol didn't break up and he was acting as if Seungcheol didn't cheat on him with Joshua.
The Jeonghan they know wouldn't do such a thing... But I guess that wasn't the Jeonghan the Chinese couple once knew. This Jeonghan was way too dependent to this man to the point that he wouldn't leave him no matter how hurt he was because of him.
That's toxicity right there. They wanted to help Jeonghan. They wanted Jeonghan to realize that he could live even without Seungcheol as his boyfriend and Jisoo as his best friend. They know that the older would have a hard time moving on but they were willing to wait.
"Hi, hyung!" The Chinese couple greeted Jeonghan with fake enthusiasm, not like the older would realize. "Hi, boys~" Jeonghan grinned and flopped on his bed with a satisfied sigh. "What happened to you? What made you all happy and sappy?"
Jeonghan grinned at the two. "Glad you ask, my little Junnie! Cheollie just asked me out on a date later! It's been a while." Jun's smile from when Jeonghan called him his nickname suddenly vanished when Jeonghan told them the reason why he was happy.
The Chinese couple let out a smile. "Are you happy?" Jeonghan looked confused but nodded. "Even though you literally caught your boyfriend cheat on you with your best friend?" Minghao added. Jun's eyes widened and he jabbed the younger on his side.
Jeonghan let out a sigh. "I know you might think I'm stupid for going back to him even after that but I love him.. I know you two know that." Jun and Minghao looked at each other and nodded. "We'll support you.. As always."
