Putting on a fake smile, Jeonghan got ready for school that day. He wordlessly slipped on his uniform, tied his shoes and grabbed his bag- not even bothering to eat breakfast. "Hey, babe~" Jeonghan came up to his boyfriend and kissed his cheek.
"Oh- Jeonghan? I- I wasn't expecting you to be this early..." Seungcheol said with an awkward laugh towards the end. It was as if he was trying to hide something from the younger but with the younger being too blind in love, Jeonghan just ignored it.
"I just wanted to be with you early!" Jeonghan said joyfully. "We haven't hung out and went on dates for a while..." Seungcheol nodded, slowly inching away from the boy. "That sounds... great! But I actually have a meeting with the student council right now so...."
That made Jeonghan freeze in his spot but he didn't make it obvious. "Later then?" "Actually... Jisoo needed my help with something so I'll be with him later." Seungcheol says. 'Of course- it's Jisoo...'
"Yeah.. That's- that's fine.. I'll just be with Jun and Hao then..." Seungcheol just nodded and left his boyfriend standing there. 'H- He really is cheating on me...' Jeonghan felt tears form in his eyes but he didn't do anything to stop them from falling.
'Jun? Haohao? Are you guys busy?'
Jeonghan decided to text the Chinese couple and skip classes since he didn't feel well. 'Was I not enough for him? Was picking Joshua the better option? Out of all the people- he chooses my best friend-' Just then, a ding was heard coming from his phone.
'Hyung? Are you?'
'We're in class but it's Chinese class anyways so we can skip-'
'Do you need anything???'
Jeonghan sighed and lightly slapped his face. 'Should I- nah.... Classes are more important than me....' But he needed support and what better support can he get than the Chinese couple. 'But they're in class... I'm just being a burden again...'
'Never mind... Do well in class! 😊'
'Are you sure, hyung??'
'Hao and I can skip if you need us!'
'It's fine- have fun!'
'It's school- you expect us to have fun?'
Jeonghan giggled slightly at Minghao's sarcastic reply. 'I'm fine.. I'll just clear my head...' Jeonghan wiped some of the stray tears on his face and turned around to look at the school building. 'It hurts... It hurts more 'cause I can't get mad at you.'
