Chapter 4

A dark shadow is sharply digging into me
With my eyes. closed and leaving my ears to you

'They can't- no! They can't be.... They're the closest people to me... They wouldn't-' Jeonghan lies down on his bed, over thinking about his situation with Seungcheol and his best friend. 'Jisoo knows how much I love Seungcheol... He wouldn't-'

'Knock- Knock- Knock-'

Jeonghan got up in a start, hearing some knocks coming from his room's window. "What the-" The knocking didn't seem to stop. "Who in the world would- Jun? Minghao?" Jeonghan opened his window to see who was knocking, only to see two of his other friends.

"Hi, hyung!" The two Chinese males greeted the older, smiling as if they didn't just bang on Jeonghan's window moments ago. "You- what are you guys doing here? And at this time? Boys!" Jeonghan scolded them like the mother he is.

Jun pouted. "We just wanted to visit you. Plus, we just thought that you'd be lonely!" Minghao looked at the older Chinese and nodded in agreement. "You guys-" Jeonghan sighed but smiled, realizing their pure intentions.

"Come in here." The two Chinese boys came through the window and into the Korean's room one by one. Jeonghan still can't comprehend the fact that those two boys were coming into his house through his room window.

Can we just say that Jeonghan's window was just a small window and not a balcony? When I say small, I mean his window was just 24 inches wide and 38 inches tall. The only way for you to hang onto the window was through a small ledge that was only 2 cm wide.

How both Jun and Minghao were able to knock on his window (which was also on the second floor of his house), hang onto the ledge (which as I said was 2 cm wide) and stay there long enough for Jeonghan to notice them and invite them in was a mystery...

"Hyung-" Jeonghan hummed, allowing Minghao to ask his question. "Can we sleep beside you?" Minghao asks with an unconscious pout. "Sorry, Hao... I don't think Seungcheol would like you two sleeping beside me.."

That statement made Jun and Minghao pout. "But- hyung~" Jun whined like a baby. "We've been doing this even before that boyfriend of yours became your boyfriend. Can we please~" Jeonghan closed his eyes hoping to avoid their puppy eyes.

"Fine." "YAY!" Jeonghan smiled when the younger boys celebrated. "Don't worry, hyung~" Jeonghan allowed Jun and Minghao to sandwich him in his bed. "If that boyfriend of yours gets mad, we'll protect you." 'I don't think he cares anymore...'
