so , basically shifting means to switch realities !
(i'm not going to go into very much detail considering I am very new to this as well, but just by googling im sure anyone can find plenty on how to shift, what it is, and what methods to use)
when you shift , your consciousness/soul transfers to your dr (desired reality), leaving your physical body in your cr (current reality).
shifting is 100% safe, so long as you use propper scripting.
there are many different methods to shift that i will probably be talking about in this log.
shifting doesn't always work the first time, and it can take a while for it to happen , so don't lose hope if you don't get it the first couple of tries!
the physical body that stays in cr is your clone, which will act just like how you do while you're in your dr.
