for this method , you should be pretty tired .
1. lie down in a comfortable position of your choosing
2. visualize that you are watching yourself from above lying down in your dr bed .
3. while controlling your breathing , slowly count from 1 to 150 in your head .
4. after a bit of time , you should feel warm and tingly , but this is not part of the method !! keep your eyes open and continue to stay still .
5. your body will start feeling heavy as you fall asleep .
6. when you wake up , you should be in your dr :)
