here , I will be explaining the first method I plan to try , and how to do it.
*again , before shifting it is a good idea to keeo a script. it will help you get to your dr and back to your cr safely.
to start off with , it is highly suggested that you meditate before any shifting methods, as it'll hepp clear your mind and focus more on your dr.
do this in a distraction free area, such as in your room with the door closed or anywhere that you'll have peace and quiet.
while doing this method, try to stay calm and have positive energy.
1. to officially start the method , make sure you're exhausted , like almost asleep tired.
2. listen to subliminals , there are many on SoundCloud , YouTube and more.
3. lay on your back in a star fish position. once you are certain you're comfortable, don't move from this position.
4. count from 1 to 100, while saying "I have shifted" between each number.
5. while counting, use your imagination to try and see where you'll wake up, what your surroundings will be like and things of that sort.
*if you find your thoughts wandering, dont worry and just try to refocus your thoughts on your dr.6. when you reach 100, without moving nor opening your eyes, try to fall asleep while repeating affirmations in your head.
affirmations include:
"I am in my desires reality."
"I've shifted to my desired reality"
"I'm finally in my desired reality"
"I have successfully shifted to my desired reality"
