tell us about yourself.

Hii as you all know me, I am Apsana, ofcourse this is my pen name. An introvert I am, who loves to write. Currently, I am in my last year of graduation with sociology.I am from Odisha and now I resides in Wattpad all the time😅 and lockdown is helping me quite in this.

I started the journey of my writing on IF and now I am slowly shifting here nevertheless I find wattpad so a pretty platform actually.

what are your hobbies?

This is my hobby not from now but when I was in school actually, I love to read and write. Earlier it was novels that I used to read and currently it's reading fanfictions on wattpad and ofcourse writing my own, a hobby that started in the lockdown.

two embarassing moments u can share with us

Embarrassing moments nothing such I remember but yes it wss when I was in school in std - 6 or 7 may be. As I said earlier I am an introvert and also I have a phobia of speaking in public and once my parents forced me to participate in a debate competition and at the last moment scared I backed out. That was so embarrassing actually and I was afraid my friends would tease me but that didn't happen.

Actually, this was in my +2. Though I wasn't a studious student still bunking classes and all was never my cup of tea and once my friend's gang thought of trying it. I remember, it was mathematics class and the mam was about to come when I and some of my friends got up to leave but unfortunately the mam reached the door. Still gathering courage we all ran out of the room. We were 4-5, so mam didn't remember our face and roll no. so we got saved. But to be true I was so much embarrassed with the incident as I still remember all the boys laughing back at us. And from then I have never tried bunking a class.

how do u manage both writing & studies?

To be true it's not that much difficult, studies and writing both have their own time. When any idea strikes my mind I immediately give them words. But mostly for me day and night time is for study and evenings for writing.

.one character you want to be and why

It's not always one character that I want to become, there are many inspirations for me. There are many novels I had read whose female characters I want to become. So I can't take one name actually.

reveal one crush that you never said to anyone

To be true, I never had any crush on any friend except my 1st bf on school. That was long time back actually and now I feel celebrity crushes are better actually. And currently it's Pravisht ofcourse🤭😅

one lie that you regret telling

To tell the person I loved, that I don't love him..🤭 Somewhat I regret it though

your fav food

I belong to an orthodox brahmin family and that has made me a pure vegetarian girl, so for me it is always paneer, give me any dishes of paneer I will eat it right away..😂 I am a big foodie actually, and love street foods, specially gupchup, they are life.

a rude comment to you

I take criticisms positively because according to me thats what develops you. And in my writing career, I have never received any rude comments as such till now.

do u wnat to meet bondita/enjoy a romance series or have a luxuroius life?

Romance series I don't want to watch but yes I will choose luxurious life than meeting Bondita because that would be better in a long run😅😅

.tell us about ur book tangled ties.why do you prefer short stories and os rather than a whole book of chapters?

Actually, I feel short stories are more loved because it ends soon. Writing an ff is tough actually because you don't have the same mood every day. To say, I have so many mood swings actually, and writing FFS I don't want to make it boring. That's why I prefer writing os and ts more. But Tangled Ties is an ff that I had started long before on IF. At that time all the ffs were about Bondita falling in love with Anirudh and Anirudh being in dilemma. So I thought to try something new. Thus this book explores how Anirudh explains an introvert Bondita about love and makes her feel it. I haven't reached that part yet, but the storyline is this.

Hope the readers would love it as the story would move forward.

I know I am not that much of a good writer but I want to thank you all for showering your love on my stories, and trusting me in this. I am new here but I want to improve more and more and also I want to write stories more and more. So be with me in this.

besties on wattpad?

not besties actually only some of my IF friends who are here, I am new here so. Only a few like you with whom I would have chatted. But I am looking forward to make friends here.

how do you fell being 1st in bbfc[anidita fanfic contest] ?

To be true I am a shy person when it comes to praising. But yes I am so happy taking it as my 1st achievement in this field and also this is only possible for my readers without whose motivation I couldn't have reached to this. So ofcourse all thanks to them. And yes thanks to you and the judges who found my story worthy for this award. I am grateful to all.

 lastly did u enjoyed the interview?

Ofcourse I did. My first interview and I loved it. Thank you for bringing in the extrovert girl out of this introvert girl.
