Naruto: Tailed Beast Tamer

Chapter 13

When we got back to the village Lady Tsunada sent me on a mission. The Great Elder told me that I would meet an octopus and an enemy that used the power of it's eyes. I already knew the second one was Sasuke and I believed that I would meet this octopus on this mission.

Captain Yamato and a few others accompanied Naruto and they had to travel by boat to a paradise island. Upon arrival though the island did not look so much as a paradise but like a death trap.

Before they could get off the boat though they were attacked by a huge squid. Naruto thinking that it was an octopus tried to talk to it and tried saying that this was what the The Great Elder had told him about.

Yamato, being the smartest realized it was actually a squid. Naruto was not convinced though and decided to count its tenticles. The squid almost killed them all but another beast came and got rid of it.

The other beast transformed into a man and Yamato is surprised. Naruto, being absolutely clueless doesn't even care absorbents just occurred. He is still thinking about the octopus.

"Thanks octopops!" Naruto shouts.

At that the man starts doing rhymes and writing in his notebook.

Naruto starts thinking he isn't so cool anymore at that. One of the men tells them that he is Lord Killer Bee and that he is a hero.

Before the shock could wear off a figure lands gracefully beside Killer Bee. She was wearing a white dress that clung to her body. It had slits up the sides allowing her legs to move freely. The sleeves ended at her shoulders and the dress was borders with red. A red symbol was sewn on the back of the dress right between the shoulder blades. The figure stood up and her long red haired flowed in the air behind her. There was also a sword strapped to her waist that seemed to give off a red glow.

"I thought I told you not to leave me you bull headed cow!" The girl yells at Killer Bee.

Naruto looks closely and his eyes widen with recognition.

Akura gasped in surprise when she saw that the person they were supposed to go meet was none other than Naruto. When Naruto seen her he looked shocked but then quickly ran and swooped her into a hug spinning her around.

He chuckled "Akura! I didn't know where you had run off to. I'm glad your okay" he rubs the back of his neck sheepishly.

I blush before I realize what i'm doing and quickly shake my head. "It's fine Naruto i'm all okay now". I grin.

"Well sometime you will have to tell me what happened okay" he says with a closed eye smile.

"Sounds good" I say softly.

He looks up at that and I can see the questions in his eyes but I just look away. Motoi then shows up and introduces himself to Naruto and the rest of the ninja. He tells them he will show them the place their going to be staying at.

When they get to the lodging Naruto and the rest are shown to the their rooms. I go to Lord Killer Bees to go tell at him some more. Before I enter I notice the thoughtfull look on Narutos face and can't help but wondering what's going through his mind.

I mean Motoi did kind of just tell Naruto that Bee was the eight tails. I know that Naruto will come searching for him soon.

I enter Bees room and he is sitting there writing in his notebook. I chuckle to myself while gracefully sitting down beside him.

He looks up at me but ignores me. I grow an anime vein and take his pencil.

"Hey! What's the big deal! Can't yu see I was writing something for real!" He raps terribly.

I sigh "Bee I told you not to leave me behind today. I thought you understood everything I told you on our way up here ".

Flashback:

"Bee I came with you because I have to protect you! There is no other way to put it. I know you think you can handle anything they throw at you but you don't know these people like I do"!

He looks at me then smiles "It's okay little lady! I'm Masta Killer Bee! So don't be afraidy"!

I sweat dropped but ignored him. "Fine but don't go running off without me you here"!

Flashback Over:

"Why didn't you tell me we was meeting Naruto"?

Naruto noticed how good of control Bee had over his tailed beast and asks him if he will train him. I was shocked when he said no but almost died laughing when he said it was because he was on vacation.

Naruto although disappointed decided to talk to me instead.

"Hey Akura"!

"Hi Naruto".

"So I was seriously wondering where did you go after are little scrimmage"?

"Well lets just say I got captured by some dumb ass named Sasuke. I managed to escape and meet up with Bee here on my way to find you".

Naruto stopped walking and was staring at the ground clenching his fists. I turned around confused and walked back to him. Squatting down so I could peer at his face. I saw that he was sad.

I placed my hand on his shoulder and tilted his head up with my other hand. I look into his eyes and I see great pain. He obviously knows Sasuke. Sasuke has brought great pain upon Naruto. He bears it on his shoulders alone.

I rap him in a hug before I realize it and hold him tight.

"You do not have to burden your pain alone".

I hold him at arms length and touch his face with my hand.

"I do not know you very well Naruto but this Sasuke has caused you great pain and I will help you shoulder this pain you hold inside of you. By yourself you are strong but together your invincible". I say with a small smile.

He looks at me shocked and then smiles. Naruto grabs my hand from his cheek and wraps it in both of his.

"One day i'll repay you for your kindness. Maybe then I will be free".

I wonder what he means but I don't ask. I grab Narutos hands and gently pull them off letting them fall to our sides. Then turn around and begin walking off. I look over my shoulder with a grin "Well! Are coming or not! It's not like the world is going to wait around for us is it"? I call then wink at him.

I hear him jogging to catch up and chuckle to myself.

Maybe.....just maybe there was still hope for the world.
