Axolotl

Name: Axolotl 

Age: 7

Gender: Female

Race: 87.5% Seawing and 12.5% Silkwing (One of her great grand parents was a Silkwing, and all the rest were Seawings.)

Physical Quirks: Other than extra good weather predicting skills, Axolotl is pure Seawing. She has no problem communicating underwater with her light up scales or breathing underwater. She is quite uniquely colored for a Seawing, but not immensely so.

Home: She lived in the underwater palace before going to Jade Mountain Academy, but spent a brief time at the summer palace before that.

Other: Axolotl is deaf, which makes it hard for her to communicate. In order for her to still be included in class it was made sure that her home room teacher would be a Seawing. She mainly communicates in aquatic although she can write on the palm of whoever she's talking to as well. They did not know she was deaf for a while. But they eventually figured it out when asking her if she liked whale songs just before her 4th birthday.

Fun Facts: Axolotl's love interest is a Rainwing who studies the sea. This Rainwing has studied aquatic and changes the corresponding scales on themselves to a VERY light shade of blue to speak in aquatic to Axolotl. I have yet to decide if this dragon is a girl or a boy. ;) Axolotl also has a VERY protective older brother. At least one.
