Note: This is still continuing from Chapter 3 (After the enema was placed inside me and the nappy was on me)

Mommy then picked me up and I sat on her lap. "Okay Jesse, you were very brave. The enema is now inside you and it will take around 5 minutes for it to kick in. After that, mommy will change you and that will be it. For the rest of your life, it will be you and your mommy." Mayor Belinda said and I nodded. She and Nanny then walked away, leaving me and Mommy alone in the Mayors Office.

"Well, Sweetie. You are going to enjoy it here." Mommy said and I nodded. We continued to talk until I started feeling the cramp in my stomach. "Uh Oh. Are you trying to make some poopies." Mommy cooed and I nodded. Mommy then placed me on my hands and knees and I started grunting. After a couple of minutes, I let out a huge fart and felt a lot of poop coming out. 

While I was pooping, Mayor Belinda and Nanny both came in and scrunched their nose. "Seems like the enema is working well, mayor." Nanny said while plugging her nose. After a couple of minutes, I stopped and Mommy picked me up. She then started to hug me. "Well done, Baby. You were so brave." She said and I calmed down.

After I calmed down, Mommy picked me up and layed me down on the changing mat. "Now Jesse. I know you don't like this, but, we have to leave the dummy here. Your mommy has plenty for you." Mayor Belinda said. I nodded. Mayor Belinda took the dummy out of my mouth and I didn't winge. Before Mommy got started changing my nappy, I let out a huge lot of pee. we waited for a bit until I stopped. "It's okay, Jesse. This is the aftermath of the enema. You did a good job." Mayor Belinda said.

Mommy then got started changing my nappy. She undid both tabs while Nanny opened up the wipes. Mommy then opened up the nappy and lifted my legs into the air. Mommy then got the wipes, from Nanny, and started cleaning my poopy bum. A handful of wipes later, Mommy lifted my bum into the air and Mayor Belinda grabbed the used nappy. Mommy then used a couple of wipes to clean the back of my bum. After that, Mommy lowered my legs and used one more wipe to clean my penis. "There you go. There's my new clean baby." Mommy cooed and I giggled.

After I am all clean, Mayor Belinda folded up the used nappy and placed it into the bin. Mommy then grabbed the fresh nappy and opened it up. She then lifted my legs in the air and slid the nappy under my bum. She then opened up the bum cream and rubbed it into my bum. After that, Mommy grabbed the powder and powdered my bum. She then lowered my legs and powdered my penis. She then folded the nappy over my penis and taped it up with the two tabs.

Mommy then picked me up and Nanny cleaned everything up. "Allright Jesse. You are all ready to start your new life as a new baby here at ABC." Mayor Belinda said. "T'ank 'oo" I said and Mayor Belinda gave me a kiss. Nanny then gave me a kiss and Mommy and I headed out.
