Yuya recovered and got ready to draw from his Deck, while Lawton asked, "Do you really want to keep embarrassing yourself?"

The young Duelist just grunted and drew his card:

Yuya Turn 6: Yuya Pendulum Summons Performapal Drop Gallop (800/1200) in Defensive mode. As Drop Gallop was Pendulum Summoned, Yuya activates its effect, which lets him draw cards equal to the number of Performapal monsters Pendulum Summoned at the same time, in this case, one.

Lawton laughed and drew his card, "Like I said, embarrassing."

Yuya just told him, "There's more to my cards than meet the eye."

Lawton Turn 7: Big Cannon Ogre attacks and destroys Drop Gallop. Lawton sets a card.

Yuya Turn 8: Yuya Pendulum Summons Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon (2500/2000) from his hand in Attack mode. Odd-Eyes attacks Big Cannon Ogre, but Lawton activates his face down Back Attack Ambush to end the Battle Phase and Special Summon a one Ambush Token (100/100) for each Attack mode monster Yuya controls for all in Defensive mode.

Lawton began to think, "My card has another effect, I can choose to destroy the Token I just summoned to deal 500 points of damage to Yuya. However, it won't be enough to wipe him out and if I don't get a good card next round then next turn my Ogre's in trouble." He smirked, "Well, best to save some ammo in case I need it later."

Yuya Turn 8: Yuya sets a card.

Now Yuya thought with distress, "Dang it. I hope Shay's having better luck than me right now."

Over with Shay, Zigfried was just finishing up his turn, "I must say. You're in such a dire state and you show no concern. Are you just trying to be cool?"

Shay simply said with an uncaring voice, "No. I just don't get concerned when I'm facing weaklings."

Gritting his teeth, Zigfried replied, "You'll regret saying that."

Zigfried Turn 4: Zigfried sets a card.

Shay Turn 5: Due to the effect of Nibelung's Ring, Shay draws two cards (Raidraptor - Avenge Vulture and Raidraptor - Sanctuary) instead of conducting a normal draw. He discards Avenge Vulture. Shay activates Rank-Up-Magic Raid Force, Ranking Up Blaze Falcon, and performing an Rank-Up Xyz Evolution to Xyz Summon Raidraptor - Revolution Falcon (2000/3000) in Attack mode. Revolution Falcon attacks directly, but Zigfried activates his face down Loge's Flame. Now any monsters with 2000 ATK or less can't attack.

Zigfried smugly said, "Like I said, regret."

Back up in space, the battle raged. Ahsoka led two Arc Fighters and three Y-Wings towards a Separatist Cruiser. The Republic forces fired at the Cruiser, which fired back, taking out the Y-Wing in the back. Then Ahsoka and the two Arc Fighters rushed in and delivered several powerful laser blasts at the bridge of the Cruiser, destroying it and allowing the two Y-Wings to go in and hit the center of the Cruiser with bombs, destroying that portion as well. After these strikes, the entire ship soon exploded.

In another area, five Vulture Droids approached one of the Republic Cruisers and started firing at it, with the Cruiser returning fire with its cannons. The Vulture Droids spun around to dodge, but one was hit, losing its left wing and spinning out of control, until crashing into the base of the Cruiser and exploding.

Anakin was being pursued by three Tri-Droid Fighters in another part of the battle. The Droids fired at him, but he spun around to dodge. He then made a swerve to the left, going under a Separatist Cruiser's hull, with the Droids following. Seeing three more Tri-Droids coming on his right, Anakin smirked and increased his speed, causing the two groups of Droids to crash into each other and explode. Just then, the voice of Rex came over the com and said, "Sir, Fives, and Jesse just contacted us. They won't last much longer."
