"AGAIN!"THE OLD LADY CALLED MARIE yelled as Katherine put her hands together in a ball...
A Golden glow started to form on her hand, she slowly opened her hands as the golden dusty glow left her hand and formed itself into a butterfly
Katherine smiled as she succeeded.
After months of training with Marie she slowly made progress starting with hexing a animal, levitating, controlling elements, into mind reading, tactile telepathy, compulsion, and mostly divination
She somehow convinced Marie to let her focus on witchcraft instead of witchery
She also started making potions from magical herbs and flowers.
"It's beautiful isn't it?" Marie asked as she looked at the golden butterfly with a smile on her face.
Marie warmed up to Katherine as the time has passed, she saw her as a daughter. Marie understood what it's like being determined to learn magic

"It's beautiful but it's deadly" Katherine whispered as the butterfly suddenly exploded making everything around them destroyed...
"It's a gift.." Marie said as she walked over to Katherine
