KATHERINE WAS SITTING IN THE COUCH, she was sitting there for half an hour worried sick..
She blamed herself of what is happening to Edward because she could've stop him if she had looked into his memories but didn't because Katherine worried that she had evaded Edward's privacy..
She snapped out of her mind when she smelt Marie's scent with some fresh groceries in hand...
She heard the doors open and closed but did not bothered to look..
"well... What happened?" Marie asked looking at Katherine knowing that this type of behavior isn't without a reason..
"Alice and bella visited me today.." Katherine answered as she looked at Marie
"Bella? You mean the girl that you described as walking ball of anxiety?" Marie asked with a furrowed eyebrows
"Yeah.... That bella"
"Why?"
Katherine sighed before standing up
"Edward came here yesterday, to asked me to erased his memories because the volturi wanted to talk to him... Turns out he was lying, he was going to commit a suicide" Katherine informed before sitting down again sinking in the couch while Marie kept silent
"I feel so stupid... Erasing his memories just like that" Katherine muttered as she puts her head down
"Well... Why did he want to commit a suicide?" Marie asked as she sat down next to Katherine
"He thought that bella had killed herself when Alice had a vision of her jumping from a Cliff but her visions end of just bella jumping from the cliff... What she didn't know that bella was saved by her friend" Katherine started before continuing
"Edward didn't know but rosalie decided it would be a good idea to tell him..." Katherine continued
"Rosalie? You mean that rosalie who hates bella.." Marie asked
"Rosalie doesn't hate bella... Well she doesn't like her either, she's just worried"
"Well I'm gonna need you to elaborate" Marie said
"Rosalie doesn't trust bella because if bella exposed the cullens.. the volturi is gonna wiped the cullens and if the cullens ever harmed bella, the shape shifters are going to wiped them as well.... She hates that her family's life is in hands on a clumsy human being" Katherine explained but putting some sort of distaste when she mentioned bella
"By that distaste in your voice says a lot about bella"
"I'm not really fond of her"
"And may I ask why?" Marie asked
"She's impulsive.... I'm not saying it's bad but she doesn't think twice in her action, more likely she's quite a disaster... She didn't think twice before jumping off that cliff just so she could see Edward.." Katherine explained before continuing
"She neglects her father quite a lot if I do say so myself"
"But.... Bella and I aren't so different"
"We both care for the cullens..."
"Your loyalty is quite amusing.." Marie stated
"Why?"
"Well... You did leave their coven and the way I see it from your explanation.. they weren't to fond of your decision-" Marie was instantly cut off
"But they let me leave.. it was my decision and so they should respect that-" now Katherine was the one who was cut off.
"Yet some did not..."
"I....." Katherine tried to defend the cullens but slumped in defeat
"Some of them did not respect your decision because of their selfish needs" Marie stated looking straight at Katherine
Katherine sighed before looking away from Marie
"I just don't understand why you still are around with them... They're just some unstable vampires in a coven"
"Don't say that! The cullens aren't just some coven of vampires to me Marie, they're my family even if we aren't by blood related...they're my family cause they're the ones who made feel worthy of love and redemption.." Katherine snapped back at Marie before standing up and leaving the house.....
Marie knows that Katherine loved fiercely and will not let anyone degrade the ones she loves
