The week passed fairly quickly, and before I knew it, we were being dismissed from the last class before the weekend.

"And don't forget to do your homework, just because its the weekend doesn't mean you can slack off your school work" Professor Rowan yelled at his students as we poured out of the class room.

"Hey Y/n! Ash caught up with me in the hallway outside of class. We'd become good friends over the week we'd been studying together. We'd talked a bit and figured out that we had a lot in common. The best part about being around Ash though was that I could just be myself. I didn't have any reasons to impress him with a fake version of me, it made him really fun to be around.

"Hey Ash, ready for tomorrow?" I asked him.

"Of course, ready to be dragged into clothing stores by a bunch of crazy girls with fashion fever" Ash sighed, not sounding ready at all.

"It won't be that bad, there are other stores in the mall besides clothing boutiques you know" I reminded him.

He gave me a sad, dejected look and I laughed.

"What are you laughing at N/n, this is serious!" said Ash, but he was obviously joking. He gave me puppy-dog eyes and I laughed even harder, eventually he joined in.

"How about we go to the cafeteria and get something to eat?" Ash suggested.

"You always want something to eat" I teased him.

He shrugged and I was launched into another fit of laughter.

We made our way to the cafeteria where Serena, Misty, Dawn, May, and all her friends were waiting for us. We had decided to get the introductions over with today before we went to the mall since we didn't want to go with a bunch of people who were essentially strangers.

"Hey guys, you finally came!" May waved at us. "Now we can start the introductions!"

(Misty's pov)

May started to introduce us to everybody.

"Ok everyone, this is Mallow, Barry, Drew, Chloe, and Gary!" she introduced them and they all said hi.

"Hey, what about us?" Lillie piped up.

"Yeah, don't we get an introduction?" Iris asked.

"Well they already know you two" May pointed out "It would be kind of pointless introducing someone they already know"

The rest of the group fell into conversation but I zoned out. I looked at Y/n and Ash, they were awfully close together when they came in. I shook my head, what was I thinking? This was Y/n I was taking about, there was no way she'd steal Ash from me! Y/n was a good friend, not a love rival. It was stupid of me to get suspicious.I was snapped out of my thoughts by someone saying my name.

(May's pov)

"Misty. Misty! Misty!! Misty!!! MISTY!!!!"

"Hu? What?" Misty snapped out of her trance, everyone started to laugh.

"Nice of you to rejoin us" said Gary.

"What was that about Misty? I called your name, like, five times! What were you thinking about that's so important?" I asked.

"Ummm.... nothing.." Misty said blushing a little and glancing at Ash.

"Riiiiiiiight~" teased Iris.

"We were just talking about where we're going to go tomorrow" said Y/n.

"We have three hours so I was thinking we could head to a make-up store or something for the first 20 minutes, Go to a clothing store for the next 40 minutes, stop for a half hour lunch, go to the arcade for half an hour, and then we could have an hour of free time left where everyone can just do whatever they want. Does that sound ok?" I asked.
