Loose ends

I threw the ball against the wall. It bounced back. I caught it. I repeated the movements. I threw the ball. Someone else caught it. I looked up. It was The Winter Soldier. " What?" I asked sitting up. " That's annoying," He said in his normally deep voice. I sighed. " It's not the only annoying thing in this room," I muttered. He looked at me. " Let's go." He said. I used my shoulders to propel me up and onto my feet. I grabbed my bag and followed him out of the abandoned building.

I was sitting in the dark next to The Winter Soldier. " I'm going to go Mr. Pierce. You need anything before I leave?" A woman said. I looked over at the hallway. Pierce looked at us. " no... Uh, it's fine, Renata, you can go home." Pierce said. " Okay. Night-night" The woman said. "Good night," Pierce said. He looked at us. " Want some milk?" he asked. We just stayed quiet. he moved around his kitchen. " The timetable has moved. Our window is limited." He said pouring and drinking a glass of milk. We stayed silent. " Two targets level six. They already cost me, Zola." He said sitting down in front of us. " I want confirmed death in 10 hours." He said. I nodded a bit. " Sorry, Mr. Pierce, I..." The woman from earlier said. He turned around. " I forgot my... phone," She said. She looked between The Winter Soldier and I. " oh, Renata. I wish you would've knocked" Pierce said picking up the gun and shooting her. She shrieked before falling to the ground. 

We were inside a car approaching the target's car. " You go left," I said. I climbed onto the roof of our car. The Winter Soldier did as well. " Grab the rat. I'll get the girl" I said. I jumped onto the right side of their car. The Winter soldier jumped onto the left. he grabbed the man and threw him out of the window. I reached inside for the girl. I couldn't feel her. I sighed and pulled out my pistol. We both shot through the roof of the car. The car stopped. I went flying. He did as well. I used my arm and rolled on it. I dug my fingers into the ground stopping me from moving any further. I looked over. he did the same thing. I almost smirked. I pulled my hand out of the ground. I stood up fully. Our car rammed them from behind. The Winter soldier did a flip and grabbed onto the roof of the car. I ran around the side and climbed onto the back of our car. I climbed onto the roof. The Winter Soldier reached his hand in through the windshield and pulled out their steering wheel. They shot at him. He jumped for our car. I reached out my hand and grabbed his arm. He looked up at me. I pulled him up all the way. The target's car swerved. He rammed the car again. Their car flipped. I saw the targets drop out of the car. We were driving so fast we drove past them. I jumped down. The driver and his team got out of the car. he handed me and The winter soldier grenade launchers. I aimed my gun. I fired it at them. Captain America pushed the girl out of the way and used his shield to block the grenade. " Get him. I'll handle the girl" I said to The Winter Soldier. The team fired at the car that the targets were hiding behind. I aimed my gun and shot the car that she was behind. I haven't seen her face so I don't know her name yet. She wasn't there. I took one of the machine guns and looked for the girl. She never emerged from under the bridge. The winter soldier looked at me. I shrugged. He looked at the bus that flipped. I felt my glasses shatter as gunshots rang through the air. I jumped back. She had waited for us to look away. I groaned and took off my glasses. His were cracked too. He took them off. I leaned over the side of the bridge and shot below me. She wasn't there. More gunshots flew at me. She was behind a truck. I ducked for cover. Her bullets ran out. I got back up and fired at the truck. I saw her run along parked cars. " I have her. Find him." He said. I groaned. I jumped down from the bridge. He jumped down beside me but landed on a car. The team jumped down and fired heavy machine guns at the bus. He jumped out and used his shield to block the bullets. I continued firing at him. He ran at me. I flipped off of the car. His attempt to hit me was useless. He threw his shield at me. It hit me in the chest. I flew back into a car. I groaned. Rogers ran toward The Winter Soldier. I got up. I started running after him.

I had finally caught up. The winter soldier and Rogers were fighting. I looked for the girl. I couldn't see her. I saw an opening. I ran at Rogers. I jumped. He turned The winter soldier toward me. I kicked him in the face. I landed with a roll. I looked over at The Winter Soldier. Roger's shield hit me in the face sending me tumbling. I looked over. My mask had come off. " Bucky?" Rogers asked. I looked at The Winter soldier. " Who the hell is Bucky?" he asked. Someone came in from behind him. It looked like they had wings. I got up and ran toward him. I jumped in front of him. The guy hit me. I landed on my back. I coughed. There was a moment of silence. I sat up. My eye was glitching. I looked around. An electric shock sent through the right side of my face. I yelled and shoved my face into the ground. I punched the ground. I groaned. Someone picked me up. I looked over. It was The Winter Soldier. he was carrying me on his shoulder. The shock happened again. I groaned. 

" What's happening?" He asked putting me down in an alleyway. " get it out" I said putting my hand up to my eye. " What?" He asked. I opened my eyelid wide. " Pull it out," I said with shaky breaths. He looked at me. " Are you sure?" he asked. " Just get it out!" I shouted. he raised up his metal arm. He reached into my eye. He pulled it out. I groaned. I felt the blood started to pour out of my eye socket. " Let's go," I said getting up. He followed me. he seemed to be in a daze.
