A month had now passed since I visited Kendricks house and I was now spending Christmas time wit my family.

Everyday he would call me asking me to come back to Houston and how sorry he was for threatening me and hurting Asia.

But I didn't care, I had more important stuff on my mind.

It was Christmas Eve and I still ain't found shit to give to my parents n lil sister.

"Hey mamma, I'm gonna go to the mall to look for some more gifts for y'all."

"Baby you already got us enough gifts, the only gift we want from you is to make us grandparents."

"Not this stupid shit again." I muttered, mentally preparing myself for the rant I was about to hear for the hundredth time".

"Kia your almost 30, you sure ain't getting any younger so why can't you just bless me and your father with a grandchild."

"Mommmmm for the millionth time, I don't have a boyfriend." I said feeling myself get annoyed.

"Well don't you have anyone back in Houston who you talk to or at least feel romantically involved with?"

"No mom, I don't." before turning around and rolling my eyes.

"I know your lying." She said giving me a small smirk.

"I'm really not mom, anywayssss I'm finna go to the outlets."

"Alright baby, just make sure you stay safe and be back before 4."

Crazy right, she just told me to hurry up and give her a grandchild now she's treating me like a child. Unbelievable.

Once I was ready to go I sprinted down the steps, hopped inside my car and decided to take a few selfies.
