JUST THE TWO OF US
'We look for love, no time for tears
Wasted water's all that is'aurora
"Look, I'm not saying you have to like him. I'm just saying maybe he can help us" I say as me and Stiles' dad were in the station.
"Aurora, I'll consider asking Theo for help when I don't have a station full of armed deputies to back me up" Sheriff said.
He picked up one of the radios "Any available units, this is Sheriff Stilinski. Do you copy?" Sheriff said.
The radio crackled "I repeat, any and all units, this is Sheriff Stilinski. Respond immediately with your 20" He said.
"All units-" He started, but I cut him off "They're gone" I say "That, that- That's not possible. That's- They couldn't have taken everyone" Sheriff stuttered.
"They didn't" Theo spoke from the cell "Please, please tell me that you brought the key card" Theo whined.
"I also brought my gun" Sheriff said "And your sense of humor. That is great" Theo muttered and I bit my lip not to laugh. It wasn't even that funny, but it's like I laugh at most of the stuff.
"But if we're the only ones left in Beacon Hills, then we need each other. Which means you need me out of this cell" Theo stated.
"We need to trust you" I argued "Then you need to get realistic, because trust is not important right now. It is us against them" Theo spoke.
"And you want a lot more of us considering how many of them there are" He said.
"I hate to say he's right but..." I sighed "He's kind of right" I say.
"If I let you out and I see any behavior that I find remotely suspicious, I'll put so many bullets in your head, God won't even recognize you" Sheriff said angrily.
"I'm an atheist. Fire at will" Theo smirked. My mouth slightly parted, might as well just start dripping with saliva.
"You're gonna need to be a bit closer than that, Sheriff. Wave it over the card reader, come on. Right here. Up and down. You can do it" Theo whined.
"Sheriff, we need him" I say. Stiles' dad grunted in annoyance "Tell me something" Sheriff spoke up.
"What? Tell you what? What are you talking about-" Theo questioned "Tell me about my son. Tell me one thing about Stiles that you remember. Just one" Sheriff said.
"You swipe that key card, I'll tell you anything you want" Theo argued "Sheriff. They are coming" I say
"One thing. Just one thing!" Sheriff exclaimed "He was smart!" Theo said, Sheriff was about to walk away, but he spoke up again "Smart enough not to trust me" he said.
Sheriff swiped the card and let Theo out. We heard thunder cracking and wind howling.
"They're here" Theo said "How close?" I ask as horse whinnying was heard. "Too close. Too many?" Theo said.
"I heard a couple horses" Sheriff said "Maybe more" Theo said "Five. I, I think five at most" he added.
"Three of us. Five of them" Sheriff said "You ready?" He asked "Wait, are you kidding? Us against five Ghost Riders?" Theo exclaimed.
"We can take 'em" I say "Five of them?" Theo said "Three of us" I add. "Yeah" Sheriff agreed. Theo groaned. Sheriff opened the door.
Not five. Like dozens of them. Well, great! Gun fire was heard. I went to hide at once side of the door and Theo at the other side of the door against the wall.
He grabbed my hand pulling me to his side, my body completely against his. I just stared at him.
"Two of us" he says.
