Roger's POV;
"THAT'S RIGHT DARLING!" Freddie yelped drunkenly as he flung himself at the back of the couch. The show had ended some time ago and we were now at the table Brian had booked and we were probably a bit drunker than intended. I mean, some of us at least. Freddie and Amelie had been playing a game I didn't quite understand, but they seemed to have a great time of themselves. Oh gods, the way she laughed along with every single thing.... She looked so damn beautiful. Just like every time, to be honest. I have to admit, that when I saw that prick here I got jealous. Yes, I did. No shame. Bloody posh git. First of all, what the bleeding hell he wanted here. Surely he must have had a better place, for him, to be on a Friday night. A fancy restaurant with some other professors maybe, or at his groovy moody office, grading papers. Being the old guy he is. But wherever the hell he had to be, he shouldn't have been here.
"One, two, three... FIVE!" Amelie and Freddie yelped together snapping me out of my jealous misery. Her hair was a pretty mess, and she laughed so carelessly and free. I just wanted to go there and kiss her. Oh, how I wanted that. Gods she is so perfect!
"HAZZA!!! PASS THE BOTTLE!" Amelie requested extending a hand in Brian's direction who looked at her with raised eyebrows while slowly taking the bottles of alcohol away from Freddie and Amelie. John and Erin were dancing along to the music, blent with the crowd. Look at those two. How they had perfectly worked everything up between them. Brian and Crissie were sober. Being the responsible ones. I mean, the two of them are a nice couple too. They are a good match. And I. I was sitting there, sipping my drink, boiling in my jealousy. "HAROLD!"
"Amy, don't you think it's time you and Freddie stopped drinking?" Brian said. I have to admit that with her he is the softest git ever. He is a good brother. The moment he told her that, she pouted and rolled her eyes. GODS SHE WAS SO CUTE! So damn adorable!
"JOYKILL!" Freddie yelped standing up from the table. We all looked at him confused. Well, where was he going now?
"Got a job you need to be at, Fred?" I asked first. He turned and looked at me with a funny expression. He was so funny at that moment, and I was not the one to be saying that. Amelie laughed at him, being the cutest girl she is.
"I. Freddie Fucking Mercury got to go back to my love. Enough Freddie for you darlings!" He said moving weirdly his hand as he did so.
"Wait. I'll drive you. Let me get my keys." Brian stood up. Brian the mum, always been taking care of us he is.
"Oh please. No... I will take a taxi... Wouldn't want to ruin your make-out session there." Freddie pointed between Brian and Crissie, making the both of them turn red. Amelie cracked up laughing at that accidentally bumping her head to the table. I quickly turned around and took her head to my hands to see if she hurt it.
"You're alright?" I asked still holding her head on my two hands, running a thumb over the place she hitted on the table, right above her eyebrow. I felt electricity running through my whole body, the known urge to crash my lips to hers washing all over me again. Her lips were shining, the cherish colour and some alcohol on them making them only the more temptating, and her eyes full of that natural sparkle I so, goddamn, adore. Instantly I felt like I've lost my ability to speak. All my words gone. The only thing left behind my thoughts about her. I gently touched the place above her eyebrow with my fingertips, returning back to my initial mission. I was looking straight into her eyes and that feeling of her seeing everything that was going on in my mind, making its appearance again. I swear I could have kissed her right there and then. But that would have been a miracle with everyone around us.
"Y-Yes. I am fine. Thanks." She said adburtly, turning her head as I pulled my hands away. Well,now that was awkward. I am sure I was blushing so hard right now. Goddamnit! She makes me blush! There I was, blushing with my cheeks flaming and there was she. Not blushing at all, being cool and all. Amazing that girl is. She is the only freaking person in the whole world who can get me like that. I turned my gaze and met with Freddie's who was suddenly all sobered up, grinning like a maniac.
