Dean Ambrose
Dean walked down a dark ally, he had just finished at the wrestling school and was on his way home. His apartment wasn't the safest nor that luxurious. It was in the run down part of the city. Police officers were to afraid to even step foot in that area. His apartment was the third floor of some cheap ruined building, it was located down a couple streets and ally ways.
He was just happy he had shelter. He did consider staying at the wrestling school but he knew the owner would never allow that. He tried asking the owner of the school once but the owner quickly shut him down.
Dean made it to the building and climbed the many flight of stairs to his apartment. The florescent lights along the way either flickered or were not working.
He unlocked the apartment door and made his way in. He couldn't afford much, but a mattress, dining room table and a TV set. He had afew cups, plates, pots and pans, cutlery. And a small mini fridge, and obviously blankets and pillows. The apartment came with a built in cupboard. Dean didn't mind, it's all he needed, he didn't want to much in any case.
Dean made his way to the kitchen, he took spaghetti out the cupboard and started boiling it in a pot. As much as dean denied it, he was a good cook. After adding a few spices and putting the tv on the wwe channel, he sat at his dining room and ate his meal.
He'd occasionally buy take aways, usually when he ran out of groceries. "I should probably go to the store and pick up a few things, I just used the last packet of spaghetti" he didn't speak to himself but rather to his small companion. A stray cat, that one day walts into the apartment and now won't leave. The small Ginger cat sat on the table by Dean, eating the cat food that was put there earlier today.
"hey Buddy... " he patted the cats head and smiled at his cat, his now source for happiness. Soft purring came from the cat.
" no! How'd you let that happen!? " Dean yelled as he watched a old match of Bret hart and Steve Austin. Though he watched this multiple times, he was always angered when Bret was pinned. Bret had been his favorite wrestler since dean was a really young age.
"I wonder if I'd even get there... You know in the big leagues!" he stared at the screen that was the only light source throughout the apartment.
"on the world stage, thousands of fans chanting to my victories. People looking up to me, my bad past could be something they can relate and feel more secure. Holding the wwe title in front of thou- " he stopped mid sentence and hung his head low, "I'm being delusional aren't I? it's that dream that's messing with my thoughts... Ugh now I'm thinking about that dream" he looked over to Buddy, his stray cat.
"that woman can't be Renee... The girl in my dream was taller than Renee, more muscular built to. Why would it be Renee? I don't have romantic feelings for her, I'm just dating her because she won't leave me alone... And you probably understand nothing that I've just said" he sighed an leaned his chin on the table, almost like a dog begging for food.
"it's probably nothing more than just a random dream... But something is telling me it's more than that" he got up and plopped down on his not so comfortable mattress with a heavy sigh. He rolled to his side, now looking at the busy city outside. Though his apartment wasn't much, the view from his window was worth thousands.
Slowly he shut his eyes, pulling his blankets over him, fending off the cold.
