Jeremiah, Zermaine, and I walk into this fancy restaurant. It's where we are supposed to meet the Alphas: Alpha Edge, Alpha Black, and Alpha Jones. They were all sitting around one huge table with their Betas and their Lunas. I started to feel slightly sick to my stomach. I sit down in between two Lunas.

"Hello." I smile.

"Hello." They both say.

"I'm Julia Black. Alpha Black's wife."

"I'm Ami Jones. Alpha Jones' wife."

"Nice to meet you both. I'm Zelda Throndsen." You see, when wolves mate and mark each other, like what Jeremiah and I did. I took Jeremiah's last name. Which also makes me the official Luna of the Moonshine Pack.

"I heard about what happened with your daughter." Julia says.

"Same here, I feel horrible." Ami says.

"Thank you, both. It means a lot."

"I know if my two got taken, I'd be a complete mess." Julia says.

"You have children?"

"Elizabeth who's two. Then Klaus who's one."

"Wow," I smile, "My daughter, Luciana is only about nine months."

"That's very young." Ami says, her eyes watering.

"Yeah." I whisper, my eyes watering. I lick my lips as I thought about my daughter. If things don't work out. I will never EVER see my baby girl again. And a little bit inside of me hopes that she survives whatever that jerk has done to her. I make a fist as I hear Julia clear her throat.

"Your mark is fresh."

"Oh yeah it is." Ami says.

"We recently mated." I say, smiling, feeling my face get hot.

"Do you two plan to have children?" Julia asks.

"I think we will most likely start trying once we save my daughter." I say.

"If I may?" Ami starts as I nod, "Is Luciana Jeremiah's daughter?"

"No," I say, "Jeremiah has adopted Luciana."

"So you had a child with someone who wasn't your mate?" Ami asks.

"Jeremiah is my secondary mate. My first mate passed away."

"Oh my god." Julia says, covering her mouth.

"I am so sorry," Ami says, "I always assume things and don't think."

"It's okay." I smile, feeling slightly sick.

"You okay?" Ami asks.

"Just a bit off." I say, "I'm just hungry I think."

"Well, let's get you some food." Julia laughs.

I was eating some chicken and broccoli alfredo as the Alphas and Betas ate their steak meals and talked. I watch as the Lunas and Beta Females were eating a variety of salads. I felt off, being the only person to be eating pasta. I felt something warm on my left leg. I turn and see Jeremiah smiling at me. I smile back at him, as he leans over and kisses the side of my head. I was about to say something, when the restaurant doors burst open. We all turn and see two werewolves each holding a rope that leads to Lucian wrapped up.

"The hell is this?" Jeremiah asks, standing up. I start to stand, but Jeremiah has me sit back down.

"He's a vampire who works for Alistair." The one wolf says.
