The Legend and the Pokémon

Chapter 9-Caught!

Pokespeak is on.

They had arrived to where the machine was. There were also really tall and fat podium's put together in a huge circle with a big brown circle top on the edge of them, so they guessed that the machine was big and in the middle of the podium's.

"Hey, what's that?" Luxray whispered, pointing their tail at the podium that was straight from them.

They went forward to see what it was, but the podiums were so high that they would probably need about 2 Cobalion's stacked on top of each other to see it.

Fletchinder flew up, looked at the thing, looked back at them and whispered, "I can't get this thing off, it's in a glass case stuck to the podium. It looks like the plan, though. But I think it says that they are planning to clone this machine throughout the regions, and every machine is only supposed to fade away the people in the region..."

They all gasped and Chespin whispered, "Then we have to break this machine and stop them from doing anything else!"

"Maybe we can try to push it forward?" Hawlucha whispered.

Fletchinder flew back down and joined the gang trying to push it.

After being unsuccessful, Terrakion whispered, "Well, it would be too easy if we could push it forward, judging by how good that wall was alone. I mean, we spent about a hour and a half just trying to get through the wall." 

"You got a point." the (probably) Ducklett that had no problem what so ever whispered, looking at Terrakion.

"What do we do now?" the other Ducklett (the unconfident one) said, but too loudly.

Ducklett had realized that they said it too loud seeing everybody's startled faces, and the silver thing ("Is...that Ditto?" Skiddo said fearfully. "Probably..." Pikachu said fearfully as well.) came out.

5 other Ditto's came and changed into Pokémon, some they didn't recognize, and some they did recognize. Even the Pangoro from earlier was there. 

"Okay... we have to be c-calm." Lopunny said, a bit scared.

"We'll have to fight." Cobalion said, and used Sacred Sword.

Pikachu gasped and said, "The Pokémon Cobalion is attacking is a Ditto-Reshiram!"

"Huh? How do you know?" Wigglytuff said.

"Long story, I was there too. But Reshiram, if I remember correctly, is a Dragon and Fire type." Meowth said.

Wigglytuff smiled, went forward and used Play Rough at the Pangoro, but was slapped back by Ditto-Reshiram with Cobalion. 

"Well, we'll have to work together!" Braixen said.

"We'll have to all attack together, too!" Virizion said. 

"It looks like there is Mewtwo, Mew, and I don't know the other ones, but Mewtwo and Mew are Psychic Pokémon..." Pikachu said, panicking a bit.

No one bothered to ask how Pikachu knew this, but Meowth knew why.

"But a problem is that the Ditto's could change at anytime!" Keldeo said, sweating a bit, "I mean, it will be easier than facing the actual Pokémon themselves, but we also don't know what those 2 other Ditto's are!"

Keldeo was completely right. One of the Ditto's transformations had purple wings, with yellow things at the end of those purple wings, white little hand-claws, and they couldn't see anything else thanks to it being dark. 

The other Ditto had changed into a thing ("That kind of looks like a male Pyroar." Skiddo said.) where it's body was white, and a white tail, and it was still dark, so they couldn't see anything else.

"This will be extremely hard, but...thanks to the help from you guys, I think I can be confident." the unconfident, but becoming confident Ducklett said, smiling.

"Let's go!" Meowth said, ignoring the fact that he stole Pikachu's line.

Leavanny smiled while looking at Meowth, they were starting to know each other better.
