Chapter 11-The Legend and The Pokémon

Pokespeak is on. Uh...

From the machine, a big white light flashed upon them. Skiddo's "Huh?" was drained out, for the light was loud while it flashed.

They looked like what happened to the humans earlier, slightly faded (which reminded Pikachu of what happened in Sinnoh with Arceus). They were staring at a group of buildings. They didn't look like the buildings they were used to, though.

"Wait, where are we?" Pikachu asked, turning his head left and right.

"Yeah, weren't we supposed ta be at tha machine?" Meowth said, doing the same thing as Pikachu.

"Wait, this looks kind of...old fashioned. You know, like the old days." Pumpkaboo said, flying around all over the place.

Pumpkaboo was right, it did look like the old days. There was a dirt road with a few wooden carts, some wooden houses, and some Pokémon.

"Is this a abandoned town?" Ducklett asked.

"No, this is the thing I was talking about earlier." Cobalion said, "This is what happened in the 'legend'." 

"You're sure?" Virizion asked.

"Yes."

"So the humans are...er...gone right now?" Fletchinder asked.

"Yes again."

"What is happening, though?" Swanna asked, flying.

"I think we're in the past, but the past people can't see us." Keldeo said, looking up, "If we could be seen, then those Vivillon would've already sawn us."

They all looked up, and there indeed two Vivillion looking down, but they weren't looking very cheery. 

"If I remember correctly, those Vivillion are owned by someone." Cobalion said.

"Hm?" Wigglytuff said, looked back down and turned right, "Is that you, Cobalion? I mean, in the past, of course."

They all looked in Wigglytuff's direction, and saw a Cobalion walking on the dirt streets.

"Yes." present Cobalion said.

In the past, a squeaky voice Vivilion (Meadow Pattern) said to past Cobalion, "Hey! You down there!"

Past Cobalion looked up. The same Vivilion (Meadow Pattern) pointed behind past Cobalion. They looked  there to see a group of Pokémon looking sad.

"Is...this in Unova, Cobalion?" Pikachu asked present Cobalion.

"Yes." present Cobalion replied.

"Excuse me, but can you help us?" a Patrat with a quiet voice in the past asked past Cobalion.

The past Whimsicott of the group, which had a girly voice, didn't wait for answer when they said, "We have to stop that evil organization! They took our humans away! As in erasing them, not kidnapping."

"Okay?" past Cobalion said, looking slightly confused.

They smiled and a Butterfree that was part of the group talked really fast said, "Can you come with us?"

"Um...yeah." past Cobalion answered, slightly smiling. 

And everything in the past dissolved, and came back with a different place. A wooden structure.

"This looks a lot like the place the bad guys are hanging out now." Bunnelby pointed out.

"Yeah, but how is this happening? I mean, how are we seeing the past?" Terrakion whispered.

And just like that, everybody was speechless.

"So you're the ones who made us get into so much trouble!" the Marine Pattern Vivillon with a high pitched voice said, pointing their little black hands at two Beheeyem- one on the right, and one on the left.

"So? You think we care?" the right Beheeyem shot back.

"You'll pay for this!" past Cobalion said.

"You actually helped, huh?" Pancham whispered to present Cobalion.

At this point, Cobalion just nodded.

Then, the two Vivillon surprised attacked the Beheeyem, which knocked them away. 

"Yes!" the Patrat from earlier said.

"What? We're over here!" the two Vivillon said, coming out of the crowd.

"Then...are those Dittos?" Chespin asked.

"Probably." Braixen replied.

"Then..." Whimsicott said, looking surprised and fearful, "Are those...Dittos?"

The other Vivillon's turned into Ditto's.

"Does that answer your question?" the Ditto that had disguised themself as the Maine Pattern Vivillon hissed.

Everyone (yes, I mean it, past and present) except present Cobalion stared at the two Dittos. Some of the faces were filled with shock. All of them were speechless, though.

And unfortunately, everything in the past faded away. But the Pokémon from the present were full now.

"I'm more confused than ev-" Wobbuffet started, but stopped when they noticed they were all in separate black and dark blue capsules, with glass to cover it. All of the capsules made a circle.

"You can say that again." Frogadier replied, sighing.

"What happened?" Hawlucha said, hitting the glass with their hand. No effect.

"You're caught, that's what happened." the Malamar from earlier said, smiling evilly.

"But...didn't we beat you earlier?" Mega Lopunny said, kicking the glass. Still no effect.

"Just listen." Malamar replied, chuckling.
