Flows pov

After getting dressed I just sit on my bed watching prison break. (it's getting interesting. I really really hate t-bag).

"boo!!"

"ahhhhh!! You piece of SHIT!!!! DON'T MAKE ME JUMP LIKE THAT WHAT DID I TELL YOU JACK!!" I stare at Jack's head hopping it will some how make his brain grow too much and explode his fucking head.

"Haha sorry.sorry. The guests are nearly here so.could you come down stairs when you are ready?"

" yeah after this episode it only has ten minutes left"he nods and
Leaves me alone.

About five minutes later the door bell rings. When I hear the door open a get a smell of them. Oh. No.

I sprint up and make sure my dress is smoothed then turn the TV off. As quickly and as painlessly as possible I run down the stairs not caring who sees me.

I stop at the bottom of the stairs and walk on to the hallway facing the open door keeping my head and eyes down.

"Flow? Is that you?" I hear a familiar voice say.

Looking up our eyes lock. Before me is my former friend Kelly and her mate behind her.

"Kelly" I simply say we stand there just staring.

"Oh so you know each other that's great!" Alpha Shine chimes.

" Wait! Hold up! Alpha Theo this fake alpha is your mate??? Don't worry I can save you. Just give me the word mate and she's dead! "Reed yells in frustration in seeing me. Kelly was about to say something and Jack had a look so I spoke.

" Reed we both know how that they out last time didn't we do you really want me to humiliate you again in front of Alpha Shine and his pack. "

"Only alphas! Can call me Reed! You are no  A.L. P......" Reed was cut short by a slap around the face by Kelly.

"I stood by you Reed and abandoned my friend. That same night she is taken and almost dies I hadn't seen her since! I carn t believe I didn't see how much of a count you where!" Kelly yells at Reed as me and Jack just looked at each other. Well shit Kelly what do you think I have been telling you.

Kelly comes up to me and grabs my hand dragging me out the house on the way past Alpha Shine she tells him,

"Calm down I'm just talking to her. Keep 'him'. Inside"

As we step out side Kelly crashed I to me hugging me.

"I'm so sorry Flow your my best friend I don't I ow why I acted the way I did."

" calm down Kell I forgive you that is if you will be my bestie again? "

"Yes! Yes! Of course man I have missed you girl"

"Haha same back at you"

We and Kelly are in my room as I catch her up on everything.

"Oh my gosh. Wow! Jack is Theo....your mate!!!! I. So hap...." Kelly was cut off by a k pack at the door.

After I was outside with Kelly we came up here to catch up whilst Jack has dinner and gets news from Reed 😬

"Hey alpha White! Alpha Shine told us we shouldn't bother you because you have company  but this is me we are talking about can we come in Chicken stealer!" A make voice yelled through the door. My guess by the words ' chicken stealer' it was Dolan with his mate Sarah.I laugh.

"Come in Dolan!"I yell. The door opens and in comes Dolan and Sarah.

""Dolan, Sarah this is Kelly my friend from my pack...Kelly this is Dolan and Sarah there mates and the friends I have made whilst I have been here." They greet each other and seem to get along well.

"KELLY!!" A angry voice called from down stairs scaring Dolan and Sarah.

"I should go before he comes up here and tryes attacking you again."Kelly sighs standing up.

"Kelly before you go...How is Dane?"she turns half to me with a weak smile.

"He's alright I suppose he is just lost without you he's so confused. Alpha Lydia isn't letting him visit you afraid he will drag you back home or attack someone" I nod sadly as she walks away. I haven't been away from him for this long before we have always been with eachother.

Once I hear the door slam shut Dolan and Sarah walk off. So I stand up and go find Jack. I eventually find him in his office.

"Hey Flow. I'm just getting some work done. Is every thing okay?"

"Yeah I was just coming to check on you"

"How sweet of you."

"I'm tired so I'm going to bed. Good night"

"Good night Flow"

I wake up to a pure white celling and the smell of chemicals. Urhhhh not the hospital again!!!!

I look around and see Jack asleep in a chair beside the bed.

*Awe!!!! He so cute when he's asleep!!!* A voice said In my head.

*Cast!*

*Who else would it be dumbie*

*Wait but I still have wolfsbane in my system you shouldn't be back until at least tomorrow!*

*Flow...you slept all yesterday and half of today.*

*Oh shit!*

"Jack" I whisper waking him up instintly. He jumped up with massive smile and gives me a huge.

"I'm so glad your awake. Don't ever do that again. The doctors said you wouldn't wake up because you body shut down working extra hard to get rid of the wolfsbane." I nod.

"I guessed that since Casy is back" somehow this made him smile more.

"Urh I need a shower"I say reasling I'm still in the same clothes.

Can you walk do you feel dizzy do you want help?"he bombarded

"Calm down I'm fine. I'm going up to my room to freshen up if that's okay?"

"Yes of course I'm going to tell the pack doctor he will probably want to do a blood test just to make sure." At the last part I pull a face and jump up and run out of the room and into my room.
