RAE's POV
It has been a few days since hayes told me he liked me and asked me out.
I was so excited I really couldn't wait. also my mom had taken me to get my new phone and I'm also really happy about that.
I had gotten the new iPhone 6 in gold and north also got the 6 but she got it in silver.
Right now I was going to tell north and mom that I'm going on a date with hayes.
I walked down stairs and my mom said it was time for dinner.
Everyone sat down and ate quietly.
" So Rae what's going on with you?" My mom asked
" Nothing much really... but I am going on a date with hayes this Saturday!" I cheerfully said.
"What!" They all said in sync.
I gave them a confused look then my mom said.
"Who said you could go on this 'date' " she put air quotes around the word date.
"Um I just thought I could go,i shouldn't have brought it up." I said while picking at my food.
I looks at north with begging eyes so she could help but she didn't. what a bitch.
"No honey it's okay you can go it was just a surprise." my mom said while taking a sip of water.
"Your just not going by yourself." my dad said back. " so nor you will have to go with them." my dad added
"What" we both yelled
"I have plans with cameron this weekend!" She yelled
" Well to bad, you will have to make a rain check." my mom said
"Why does she have to come, I'm not a baby mom I can take care of myself." I also yelled.
"It's final, unless you don't want to go on the date." she said back.
" Ughh this is all your fault." nor yelled, then ran upstairs to her room
I on the other hand just sat there quietly but then my mom told me to go upstairs to my room.
I texted hayes saying that nor was going to have to come with us on our date, and he said his parry were doing the same thing too by making Nash come.
This sucks, but then again nor will be with someone that is her age and not bother me and hayes. even if that someone is her ex.
After I was done texting hayes I went to sleep having him on my mind.

I woke up and looked at the time. 10:23 I stayed in bed a little longer and scrolled through social media.
When I finally decided to get up I took a long shower and while i was in there i wanted to wash my hair.
When I got out, I walked into my room and sat on my bed looking through social media for awhile.
I looked at the time and it was about to be 12:00. I changed into a black tanked crop top and high waisted distressed black shorts. I grabbed my red and black flannel and tied it around my waist.
I went to the bathroom and blow dried my hair, then curled it to my liking. I sprayed it with hair stuff idek, then left while getting my phone from my room and heading down stairs.
